Neo is there to save someone for sure but I don't think it is Avni.
I guess it is likely to be those girls Vidyut was trying to sell as said by Karam in his IV.
If you look closely , the girl on the chair is not wearing the prison uniform but wearing a yellow kurta with jeans.
