Rajveer-Naina - Ye Ishq

What happens when your love confession is heard by the one you love? How does Naina react when her mentor, her Rajveer sir, her LOVE, suddenly appears in front of her after declared being dead, that too when she has just confessed her love for him?

This story will be my take on the scene when Naina confesses her love for Rajveer in front of Huda. Watch episode 220 of "Left Right Left" for more details!

This will probably be two or three shots, I haven't decided.

Prologue


"I loved him, I really did!"

confesses Naina, hugging Huda, sobbing

As soon as these words escapes from Naina's mouth, his lips curls up into a gorgeous smile, his eyes shines with hope and love.

With his arms crossed over his chest, there he stands at the door, Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat, listening to his Cadet Naina Ah Singh's love confession, for HIM!

With a smirk playing on his lips, he starts taking baby steps towards Naina, his heartbeat racing fast. By every passing second, his smile grows even bigger. As he reaches Naina and Huda, without even giving Naina a warning, Rajveer grabs Naina's left elbow with his right hand. While the smirk is prominent on his face, he pulls her out of Huda's arms and pulls her closer in his arms.

"Mujhe nahi pata tha ke meri Cadet Naina Ah Singh BHI mujhse itna pyaar karti hai"

whispers Rajveer, smirking

Part One


Her eyes go wide in shock as she finds herself in Rajveer's arms while a smirk is prominent on his face. At this moment, Naina has no idea what exactly is going on. Just now, she has confessed her love for him and suddenly, he appears in front of her.

Words cannot describe Naina's feelings. She does not understand what exactly is happening. Is this a dream? If it is, it's a beautiful dream which Naina never wants it to end.

With her eyes open wide, Naina stares at a smirking Rajveer in shock. Understanding her situation perfectly, Rajveer's smile grows even wider. In order to get her back to reality, Rajveer pinches her slightly on her right elbow.

"Ouch!!"

exclaims Naina in pain

Smiling at her innocence, Rajveer moves his lips a bit closer to her right ear.

"Ye koi sapna nahi bhalke ek sach hai Naina"

whispers Rajveer

Naina shivers as his breath touches her skin. Rajveer smiles at the affect that he has on Naina.

At this, Naina completely comes out of her trace. Realising what exactly is happening, her eyes starts to well up with tears. This surprises Rajveer. Why is she crying? Is she not happy that he has returned, for her? No, this can't be true! She has just confessed her love.

And before he could read her eyes in order to understand the reason behind her behaviour, he gets a sudden jerk as Naina pushes him off slightly as her sobs gets louder.

Not caring about Huda being in the same room, Naina points her right hand's index finger towards him.

"Kyun aaye hain ab aap wapis?"

yells Naina

This causes both Rajveer's and Huda's heartbeat to pick up pace. Huda takes a step towards Rajveer and Naina, but stops in his tracks. Wanting to question Rajveer later regarding everything, he decides to exit the room. He knows the best thing to do right now is to leave these two love birds alone as they will need some time to sort things out. Taking his steps back, Huda leaves the room, quietly.

Getting shocked by her sudden yelling, Rajveer's facial expressions changes and his heart skips a beat. Not understanding the current situation, Rajveer takes a step towards Naina in order to calm her down. Reaching her, he extends his hands to hold her shoulders. But before he could do anything, Naina takes a step back.

A sudden disappointment urges inside Rajveer on seeing the fact that she is distancing herself away from him. Hurt is visible in his eyes. He does not understand why she is so angry.

For few seconds, Rajveer shuts his eyes in order to gather some strength. Taking a deep breath, he opens up his eyes and looks towards Naina and they lock eyes immediately. Hurt, guilt, love and many more indescribable emotions are evident in Naina's eyes.

"Naina meri baat toh suno"

says Rajveer softly in order to explain

But it looks like Naina is in no mood to hear. Not wanting to continue, Naina breaks their precious eye contact and lowers her gaze as new tears takes place in her eyes.

"Mujhe aapse koi baat nahi karni. Chale jaiye aap wapis"

yells Naina

The way she speaks these words makes Rajveer to smile as her body language speaks something else. It is clearly visible that the only thing Naina wants at the moment is Rajveer. She never wants him to go away from her.

Smiling, Rajveer takes another step towards Naina. Wanting to play their favourite game, he puts his right hand's index finger under her chin and forces her to look in his eyes. His smile grows wider as he reads her eyes!

"Tumhari ankhein tumhare lafzoon ka sath nahi de rahi Naina"

speaks Rajveer

"Aap meri ankhein aaj parh nahi paa rahe hain"

replies Naina immediately

As if her eyes might reveal everything, Naina lowers her eyes out of nervousness. This succeeds in making Rajveer's smile to vanish and a little frustration urges inside Rajveer.

Not being able to understand why she is behaving in such a cold manner, Rajveer takes a step back in irritation. Turning his back towards Naina, his right hand automatically turns into a fiat as he tries to control his increasing anger.

"Tum kyun aise behave kar rahi ho Naina?

yells Rajveer

This sudden yelling from Rajveer causes Naina's heart to skip a beat. His voice reflects his pain and disappointment: Taking a deep breath, Naina grabs his arm with her hand and swings him towards her, so, now, his back is no longer facing her.

"Mein iss baat ka jawab dena zaroori nahi samajhti"

she yells back

Not wanting to answer him, Naina takes a step away from him in order to leave the room. This doesn't go very well with Rajveer as he sees her leaving. In anger, making a fist, he punches the nearby closet. This sound causes Naina to stop in her tracks and her heartbeat picks up pace.

"You love me dammit!!!"

yells Rajveer

New tears starts to take place in her eyes on hearing this fact from Rajveer. No, she will not give up so easily. How dare he leave her alone in the first place? And if he was alive, why did he not inform her? And now, he is back and he expects her to understand everything? No! Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat, there is a long way to go and you will have to explain many things.

Not wanting to give up so easily, Naina shuts her eyes.

"You are mistaken Captain. I do not love you"

yells Naina in anger

This makes Rajveer's heartbeat to pick up pace as he burns with rage. Not wanting to let her say anything further, Rajveer rushes towards Naina. Reaching her, he immediately grabs her left hand's wrist with his right hand. Making a firm grip, he pulls her closer to him. Before Naina could understand what exactly is happening, she finds herself tangled in Rajveer's arms.

Looking intensely in her eyes, Rajveer brings her a little more closer.

"Jhoot bol rahi ho tum Naina!"

states Rajveer in anger

Of course she is lying, but, she is Naina Singh Ahluwalia. There is no way she will admit it so easily. She constantly tries her best to get out of his hold, but fails miserably in front of his manly dominating behaviour and strong grip.

By this time, her wet tears has been turned into dry ones. Not daring to look in his eyes, she lowers her gaze.

"Jaane dijiye mujhe"

demands Naina

Making his grip a bit stronger than necessary, he forces her to continue with their precious eye-contact. This strategy of his succeeds as Naina looks immediately in his eyes due to the unbearable pressures that he applies on her wrist.

"Pehle meri baat ka jawab do Naina"

orders Rajveer

By every passing second, both of their heartbeat picks up pace. Deciding to give him a tough competition, Naina does not dare to lower her gaze.

"Mein aapke kisi bhi sawal ka jawab dena zaroori nahi samajhti"

says Naina confidently.

And before she can say anything further, Rajveer increases the volume of his voice.

"Naina!!"

yells Rajveer as he warns her with his eyes.

Taking a deep breath, he tries to control his increasing anger. Turning a bit more calm, he tries to explain.

"Dekho Naina.."

he tries to explain

But before he could say anything further, he gets cut off by Naina.

"It's Cadet Singh for you Captain Shekhawat or sawal poochne ka haq aap mujhse kho chuke hain"

yells Naina

He boils with rage as she utters these words. As a result, he clutches her wrist even tighter leading her to moan with pain. Looking deeply in her eyes, he pulls her even closer.

"Haq ki baat bhi mut karna Naina warna mujhe aaj shayad tum bhi nahi rook paogi tumpe apna haq jatane se"

he warns her sternly

A shiver goes down her spine as these words escapes from his mouth. Feeling extreme pain due to his hold on her wrist, Naina lowers her gaze and looks towards her wrist. This is when Rajveer realises what exactly he is doing. Feeling guilty, he looses his grip, loose enough to not hurt her but firm enough to keep her close to him.

He lowers his eyes due to guilt.

"I'm sorry Naina"

apologizes Rajveer for hurting her

Naina's heart skips a beat on hearing this. What a true gentleman he is. He has the courage to accept his mistake and apologize as well. But is it his mistake? Naina's heart swells with love for him.

She immediately looks in his eyes as she hears his apology.

"Please sir aap sorry mut kahiye. Ye aapka haq hai"

utters Naina unknowingly

A smile creeps on Rajveer's face on hearing this from Naina. Naina does not realise what she has just said, but Rajveer does. Few minutes ago, she told him that he has no right on her and now, she is telling him that he has all rights on her. Clearly her actions doesn't match her words. Her heart says something else, but her lips utters lies.

Just these words from her succeeds in vanishing Rajveer's anger. He smirks at Naina. This is when Naina realises what she has just said and her heart skips a beat.

Her cheeks starts turning hot red under his constant and intense gaze. Blushing, she lowers her eyes. Smiling, Rajveer looks at a blushing Naina.

"Karti ho tum mujhse pyaar Naina or wo bhi beinteeha. Kyun tum manna nahi chahti? Kyun rook rahi ho tum apne aap ko?"

he questions her softly.

Naina looks up immediately in his eyes, her eyes turning soft by every passing second.

"Yehi sawal mein aapse bhi poochna chahti hoon sir"

she says

Getting confused by her words, Rajveer gives her a questioning look.

"Mathlab?"

questions Rajveer

He still does not understand, she thinks. Taking a deep breath out of frustration, Naina slowly removes Rajveer's grip from her wrist. This succeeds as his hold was getting loose by every passing second.

When she is completely out of his hold, Naina takes a step back, but does not dare to break their precious eye contact.

"Mathlab ye ke kyun aap us din ''mera...' pe aa kar ruk gayye? Kyun rook rahe thay aap apne aapko?"

she questions him instead

This is when Rajveer realises what Naina is talking about. She is talking about the day of their last hug and how he almost confessed his love, but stopped himself. She is right! Why did he stop himself? If he has all rights on her, then she also has the right to question him.

With guilt, he lowers his gaze.

"Naina...wo..."

stammers Rajveer

Naina waits for him to continue further, but he doesn't. Instead, he just stands their ignoring her gaze. Wow, what happened to the bold Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat who was showing his rights on her? And now when it's his turn to answer, his boldness goes down the drain.

Feeling irritated with his behaviour, Naina turns her head from left to right in disbelief.

"Hamesha ki tarah aaj bhi aapke paas mere sawaloon ka jawab nahi hai"

scolds Naina

Taking a long and deep breath, Rajveer looks back up at Naina. Taking a step towards her, he holds her by her shoulders. Staring her throughout with serious expressions, he looks intensely in her eyes.

"Tumhe sach janna haina Naina?"

questions Rajveer softly

His softness and sweetness brings tears in her eyes. She nods her head in affirmation. It breaks his heart to see tears in his Naina's eyes. With his right hand, he wipes her tears away without breaking their eye contact and with his eyes, he warns her not to cry ever again.

Now, holding her right's hand's wrist, he signals her to move towards the door to exit the room, with him!

"Chalo mere sath Naina! Aaj mein tumhe tumhare saare sawaloon ka jawab doonga"

says Rajveer

Naina's eyes twinkles with love and hope! Finally, she'll get her answers. Without another word, she follows him out the door.

Part Two

After few minutes, Rajveer and Naina reach the same place where their last hug took place, the same place where they almost had their love confession.

Naina's eyes starts brimming with tears as she examines the entire place. This is the same place where she lost him once, and today, he brought her here once again. Leaving Rajveer's hand, Naina takes few steps ahead. With every step she takes, her heartbeat picks up pace as all those horrible memories plays in her head.



Rajveer notices her each reaction. He knows what exactly is going on in Naina's head. He knows exactly what she is feeling. But this is necessary. It's necessary to bring her here because at this place, he wants to give her all the answers. Since this is the same place where he lost everything, he wants to get everything back here, especially his love, his Cadet Naina ah Singh!

Rajveer's trace breaks when he sees Naina running towards the jeep, crying. He gets confused. What is this girl trying to do?

"Kahan ja rahi ho tum Naina?"

questions Rajveer loudly

His question succeeds in making Naina's heart to skip a beat and she halts in her tracks. Turning back towards Rajveer, she wipes her tears away.

"Is jagah se bohut door. Ek pal ke liye bhi mujhe is jagah nahi rehna jahan mera sara kuch mujhse chin gaya"

replies Naina as fresh tears rolls down her cheeks

Without Rajveer's reply, Naina, again, starts to walk toward the jeep, this time with more speed. No way, he cannot let this happen. He needs to make her realise what his intentions are. He wants to get his love back at this place and make this place a witness of their love confession.

Without waisting another second, Rajveer runs behind her. He accelerates his speed to catch her. Within few minutes, he reaches her. Wanting to stop her from going, he grabs her left hand's wrist with his right one.

"Ruko Naina! Tum aise nahi ja sakti"

he orders her as his voice reflects his anger that he was trying to hide.

This sends shivers down Naina's spine. But she has had enough. There is no way she can stay here any longer. All the bad memories of this place haunt her down.

With determination, Naina looks directly in Rajveer's eyes. Without breaking the eye-contact, she jerks his hand away and succeeds in getting out of his hold.

"Kyun nahi ja sakti mein aise? Agar aapko yaad ho toh aap bhi issi jagah mujhe choor kar gayye thay"

replies Naina with full confidence

This statement of Naina fuels Rajveer's anger towards her. Yes, he admits that whatever he did was wrong, but, she is not even giving him a single chance to explain.

In anger, he turns his back towards her while his right hand turns into a fist.

"Will you let me explain Naina?"

yells Rajveer out of frustration.

This yelling of Rajveer succeeds in making Naina's heart to skip a beat. Not wanting to give up, she swings him towards her. Once again they enjoy their precious eye-contact.

"I will let you explain Captain Shekhawat, but not here. Dam ghutta hai mera iss jagah pe"

she yells back

This calms Rajveer down a little. He understands what exactly she must be going through, but, he needs to make her understand.

Taking a deep breath, he holds both of her shoulders as he looks intensely in her eyes.

"Please samajhne ki koshish karo Naina. Issi jagah pe sab kuch khatam hua tha, or ab mein issi jagah se ek nayi shuruvat karna chahta hoon"

he explains calmly

Naina's expressions softens as she hears these words from Rajveer.

"Lekin sir is jagah par?"

questions Naina

Understanding what she is going through, he gives her an apologetic look.

"I'm very sorry Naina, mein tumhe force nahi karoonga. Agar tum kehti ho toh we can go somewhere else"

says Rajveer

Her heart melts after hearing such words from him. She can feel some disappointment in his voice. Although he would like to start everything from this place, yet, for her happiness, he agrees to take her somewhere else. If he understands her, she also needs to do this for him.

Just then, she sees him turning to go, right then, she stops him by holding his upper arm.

"Nahi sir. Aap jaisa chahenge waise hi hoga"

says Naina immediately

This brings a huge smile on Rajveer's face. She truly loves and cares for him, he thinks. Without breaking their eye-contact, he grabs her wrist slowly. After grabbing her wrist, he leads her towards a nearby rock.

Without a single word, Naina follows him. Soon, they reach the rock and they both sit next to each other. This silence is killing Naina. She is unable to wait. She needs to know the truth.

"Ab bataiye sir. Kahan thay aap? Kis haal mein thay? Mujhe aapne ek baar bhi contact karne ki koshish nahi ki or aap..."

speaks Naina without a break

Suddenly, he shuts her up by covering her mouth with his lips. This was truly unexpected for Naina. This all happened so quickly that Naina couldn't understand anything, so, she does not reciprocate his actions . In few seconds, she realises what actually is happening. Soon, she starts responding to his kiss. The kiss becomes heated and passionate soon.

At this point, they are having a hard time breathing, so, they both break apart to catch their breath, however, none of them move an inch from their current position. Right now, Rajveer's arms are holding Naina's waist properly while Naina's arms are around his neck.

Realising what exactly just happened, Naina's cheeks starts turning red out of blush. She is unable to believe that she just had her first kiss at the same place where she lost her love, her Rajveer sir.

Wanting to run away from this situation, Naina quickly removes her arms from his neck. Rajveer understands Naina's intensions when he finds her backing away a little. Not wanting to let her go, he pulls her by her waist, more close to him that both of their head collide with each other, not to hard though.

Rajveer smiles at Naina's state.

"I hope ab tum ek ek kar ke apne sawal poochogi. Waise I don't mind shutting you up this way. In fact, this is now my favourite way to shut you up"

whispers Rajveer huskily

This leads Naina to blush all the more and she looks immediately in his eyes with shocked expressions. This is not the Rajveer she knows. He wasn't that bold when it came to expressing his feelings.

"Aap...aap aise nahi thay"

utters Naina

This makes Rajveer to smile all the more at her comment.

"Tum janti hi kitna ho mujhe Naina. Tumne abhi sirf KMA ke Captain Rajveer ko dekha hai. Abhi tumhe Rajveer se milwana baaki hai"

replies Rajveer

This leads Naina to lower her gaze as she registers what exactly he means. Smiling at her innocence, he forces her to look back up in his eyes by applying a little pressure on her waist. Soon, they again lock eyes.

"Kya tum KMA ke bahir wale Rajveer ko janna chahogi Naina?"

questions Rajveer

This causes her to blush all the more. She needs to control her emotions right now. Wanting to change the topic, Naina decides to think of getting back to their original discussion.

"Aap ye mut samjhiye ke aap mere sawaloon se bach jaiyege. I need my answers Captain Shekhawat!"

says Naina

This causes Rajveer to halt. He turns serious. Leaving Naina immediately, he stands up and takes few steps away from Naina. She is right, he needs to tell her the entire truth.

He shuts his eyes in order to gather some courage to tell her the truth.

"Naina tum kya karogi agar tumhe pata chale ke...ke I am married?"

questions Rajveer

Part Three


"Naina tum kya karogi agar tumhe pata chale ke...ke I am married?"

As soon as these words escapes from Rajveer's mouth, it succeeds in giving a shock to Naina and her mouth opens wide. Suddenly, anger takes place in her eyes. Getting up from the rock, she makes her way towards Rajveer, in anger.

Reaching him, she grabs his upper arm and swings him around towards her, harshly. Rajveer gets shocked by the sudden change in her behaviour. Somewhere, he knew this would be coming. With her right hand's index finger, she points it towards him.

"Agar ye sach hua na sir toh jo kaam us din wo blast nahi kar paya, wo aaj meri goli kar degi. Or aapko marne ke baad wo chudail bhi nahi bachegi mere hathon se"

yells Naina out of anger

This leads in skipping his heartbeat and his breath hitches in his throat. This is the first time he is witnessing this possessive side of Naina. His heart swells with so much love for her. For the first time in his life, someone is possessive about him and now, no matter what happens, he will never let her go away from him, even if she tries to do that.

His lips curls up into a smile as an idea strikes his mind.

"Mujhe nahi pata tha ke tum mujhse is hadh tak pyaar karti ho Cadet Naina Ah Singh"

jokes Rajveer.

This fuels her anger all the more. In such a serious situation, he is joking with her? How dare he. In frustration, she grabs his collar and pulls him to her.

"Aap samajhte kya hain aapne aapko Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat?"

yells Naina in frustration.

This action of Naina leads Rajveer's heartbeat to pick up pace. Leaving him with a jerk, she backs off and decides to leave from there. She turns her back towards him and takes a few steps to go when Rajveer holds her wrist and refrains her from going

"Aray Naina mein toh sirf mazak kar raha tha"

explains Rajveer in order to calm her down

Instead of calming her down, it irritates her all the more. Jerking his hand away, she turns towards him while anger is evident in her eyes.

"Aapke mazak ke liye mere pass time nahi hai or mujhe sach janna hai, especially the truth about your marriage"

says Naina

At this, Rajveer realises that this is not a good time to joke around. He holds her by her shoulders, so, she can calm down a little. They lock eyes immediately.

"Mein kisi or se shaadi karne ke baare mein soch bhi nahi sakta Naina. I meant to say ke I am a true solider and I'm married to my country jis ki wajah se mein itni dino tak door raha tumse."

explains Rajveer

After hearing this, a smile creeps on Naina's lips. She feels relieved and lowers her eyes in regret for her earlier behaviour. But she fails to understand his words. She, again, looks back up in his eyes.

"Mathlab? Mein kuch samjhi nahi"

confesses Naina

Rajveer's facial expressions turns serious at this. All the scenes flashes back in front of him regarding what happened to him while he was away from her and KMA. This thought drains the blood out of his face.

"Lala Gehlot"

utters Rajveer in anger

A sign of confusion is evident on Naina's face as she hears Lala's name from Rajveer's mouth, that too with anger which is clearly visible in his voice.

"Lala Gehlot? You mean aapke mentor?"

questions Naina getting surprised

Blood drains out of Rajveer's face as he hears Naina referring to Lala Gehlot as his mentor. Anger and frustration urges inside him. He looks towards her with rage in his eyes.

"Don't call him my mentor Naina"

warns Rajveer with his index finger pointed towards Naina.

This skips Naina's heartbeat and a moan escapes from her mouth as she has never seen Rajveer this angry before. But, one thing she fails to understand is, why is Rajveer getting extremely angry when she referred to Lala Gehlot as his mentor?

She knows that there is something Rajveer found out about Lala which hurts him a lot. Wanting to calm him down, she takes a step towards him and holds both of his shoulders.

"Sir, please calm down or mujhe sab bataiye"

says Naina sweetly

Her sweetness calms Rajveer down a little. He knows that when telling her the truth, he needs to relax himself and not let his anger overpower him. Taking a deep breath, he looks intensely towards Naina as he holds her by her shoulders.

"Naina, ab mein jo tumhe batane ja raha hoon usse bohut itmenaan se sunna"

he tells her.

Naina gives him an assuring smile as she nods her head in a yes.

"Bataiye sir, mein hoon yahan aapke sath!"

replies Naina

Lowering his eyes, he leaves her shoulders. Turning his back towards Naina, he takes a step forward as he takes a deep breath.

"Naina, mere dost or tumhare bhai, Captain Naveen Singh Ahluwalia, ko Lala ne hi phasaya tha. Ye hi nahi, us din meri jeep ka blast bhi Lala Gehlot ki sochi samjhi chaal thi."

Confesses Rajveer

As soon as these words escapes from Rajveer's mouth. Naina's eyes starts brimming with tears as a loud moan escapes from her mouth which reflects her pain.

"Naveen bhaiyya or...or aapko Lala Gehlot ne phasaya tha?"

asks Naina rather states it in a low whisper

As Naina speaks these words, her sobs gets louder which skips the heartbeat of Rajveer. As he hears her loud sobs, he turns towards her immediately and sees her on her knees, getting weak.

Rajveer's heart breaks into million pieces as he sees his Naina in this condition. He cannot even imagine what she must be going through at this moment. Not wanting to see her like this. He immediately rushes towards her. Reaching near her, he holds her by her shoulders and makes her to stand back up on her feet.

With his right hand, he wipes her tears away and he puts his index finger under her chin, and gets her to look in his eyes.

"Nahi Naina, tumhe aaj himmat karni hogi. Tum aaj kamzor nahi parh sakti! Mein hoon na tumhare sath!"

says Rajveer sweetly

Rajveer's sweet words calms Naina down and her heart melts seeing the care and affection in Rajveer's eyes, that is for her! Taking a deep breath, Naina calms herself down.

Now looking back in his eyes, she stares at him.

"Lekin sir aapko ye sab kaise pata chala?"

questions Naina

Taking a deep breath, he lowers his gaze. Again, turning his back towards Naina, he starts the story.

"Naina, ye us din ki baat hai jab mein tumse akhir dafa mila tha or tab hi mujhe ye bataya gayya tha ke..ke tum kisi or ki hone ja rahi ho"

Flashback

Grey streaks of black across the walls as mold from the damp nights begins to seep in. Flaking speckles of paint lines the floor with dust and the corspes of unfortunate creatures. The disused wooden furniture is rotting; stained with linchen while the curtains hangs limp and moth-eaten. The place feels still, heavy with expectation and foreboding waiting for one more lifeform to creak across the worn wooden floorboards.

The dark room gives nothing but negative vibes. There is no sound of any human being around. Laying down in a corner, injured, he tries to open his eyes as he tries to notice his surroundings. As his eyes are still half closed, the main door of the dark room bursts open without a warning which succeeds in skipping his heartbeat. Due to being extremely injured, he fails to stand up straight on his trembling feet.

Just then, he hears the noice of some footsteps coming towards him. His heartbeat picks up pace as the noise of the footsteps starts coming closer.

Soon, he hears the voice which slips the Earth from underneath his feet.

"Hamaray chotay se gareeb khane mein aapka sawagat hai Raj!"

Rajveer knows who exactly is speaking to him, yes, it is none other than his mentor, Lala Gehlot. Rajveer sees a ray of hope in front of him, thinking Lala is here to help his so-called-son.

Taking a breath of relief, Rajveer finally manages to get up on his feet. Walking towards Lala, Rajveer immediately takes him in his embrace.

"Thank you so much for coming sir. Mujhe yakeen tha ke aap hamesha mera sath deinge"

whispers Rajveer happily

The happiness on Rajveer's face vanishes when Lala doesn't hug him back, and instead Lala pushes him away harshly, so now, he lands on the floor. Rajveer gets another shock when he sees a gun pointed towards Rajveer and that is in Lala's hand.

"Aapko abhi bhi yehi lagta hai Raj ke hum aapko bachane aaye hain?"

questions Lala sarcastically

Hearing this, Rajveer gets another shock.

"Sir ye aap kya keh rahe hain? Mein toh aapke bete ki tarah hoon na?"

questions Rajveer as his voice reflects his pain.

This brings a smirk on Lala's face. Giving Rajveer a sarcastic look, Lala takes a step towards Rajveer while the gun is still pointed towards him.

"Hum aapko apna beta mantay zaroor thay Raj lekin hamein aapse nafrat hone lag gayi thi jab aap hamaray, Lala Gehlot, ke raste mein rorray atkanay lagay"

explains Lala

By every passing second, Lala's voice turns harsh. On the other side, Rajveer fails to understand Lala's words.

"Kya mathlab hai aapka?"

questions Rajveer in confusion.

The brings up Lala's anger level. He laughs sarcastically which confuses Rajveer all the more.

"Mathlab ye Raj ke Captain Naveen Singh Ahluwalia ko humne hi phasaya tha"

confesses Lala

Blood drains out of Rajveer's face as he hears those words. His eyes go wide in shock and he is not able to believe his ears. Rajveer, again, stands up on his feet and walks towards Lala, his hands turned into fists while his eyes are burning with anger and hurt.

"Lala sahab please kahiye ke aap jhoot bol rahe hain"

requests Rajveer as he is still not able to believe Lala's words.

This brings another smile on Lala's face. He moves his gun down that was pointed towards Rajveer. Rolling his eyes, he turns his back towards Rajveer.

"Ye sach hai Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat"

yells Lala

Now, turning back towards Rajveer, he points his right hand's index finger at Rajveer.

"Or aap toh us Naveen ko begunaah sabit karne mein lag gayye. Jab hamein laga ke aap apni manzil ke kareeb pohunch gayye ho toh humne aapko bhi marne ko plan banaya"

explains Lala angrily

Rajveer has had enough. Not wanting to tolerate this anymore, he grabs Lala's collar.

"Mein aapko apna baap manta tha or aapne Naveen or mere sath ye sab kiya"

yells Rajveer in anger

Lala again pushes Rajveer back. He stares at Rajveer with rage in his eyes. He, again, points the gun back at Rajveer.

"Aapne galat kiya hum par trust karke Raj. Or ab aapko marne Ke baad wo Naina Singh Ahluwalia bhi nahi bachegi"

Says Lala

This was it for Rajveer to lose his control, he could tolerate anything, but he cannot let anything happen to his Naina. And after hearing Naina's name from Lala Gehlot's mouth, Rajveer's blood boils with rage.

Rushing towards Lala, he slaps Lala across the face so hard that the gun falls from Lala's hand and lands on the floor, leading Lala to also fall on the ground. Now, grabbing the gun from the floor, Rajveer points it towards Lala as anger is evident in his eyes.

"Kya bakwas kar rahe ho? Or aapki himmat kaise hui apni gandi zuban se MERI Naina ka naam lete hue?"

yells Rajveer emphasizing on the word "Meri".

Rajveer's voice reflects his possessiveness for Naina which implies that he won't let anyone harm his Naina, not even Naina. Seeing the protectiveness in Rajveer's voice, it leads in skipping Lala's heartbeat with fear. He can see his death so close to him, but then, a smile creeps on Lala's face as he thinks of something.

"Aapki Naina? Bohut pyaar karte hona us se? Lekin aap ab kuch nahi kar paoge Raj. Aap hamein maro ya na maro, lekin Naina kabhi aapki nahi ho sakti kyunke wo Huda se sagai karne ja rahi hai"

yells Lala

As soon as Rajveer hears such words, his heart breaks into million pieces. How can this happen? He still remembers the look on Naina's face when they had their last hug. Her eyes couldn't lie because Rajveer could only see love in those brown poles. Then how is this possible? How can Naina get engaged to someone else?

While Rajveer is busy in his thoughts, a smirk is prominent on Lala's face seeing Rajveer's condition which clearly states that Lala is lying, but Rajveer fails to notice that. But enough is enough for Rajveer. How can he let his best friend's culprit go so easily?

Coming back to reality, Rajveer looks towards Lala with full anger.

"I will kill you Lala Gehlot!!"

yells Rajveer

Rajveer isn't in his senses at this moment. He does not know what's right or what's wrong. He doesn't understand that by killing Lala, he is putting his career in danger. As soon as his index finger is about to pull the trigger, a voice comes from the back.

"Ruk jaiye Raj"

This familiar voice causes Rajveer to turn around. He witnesses Captain Abhimanyu Rai Chauhan standing there with his team. Tears are visible in Abhimanyu's eyes as he makes his way towards Rajveer. Rajveer is in the same condition.

Reaching near each other, they pull each other in a tight hug. They stand like this for couple of seconds. Just then, Rajveer realises that Lala is still there. Breaking the hug, he again points the gun towards Lala, but before he could kill Lala, Abhimanyu interrupts.

"Raj aap kanoon ko apne hathon mein nahi leinge. Hum ne sab sun liya hai or sab record bhi kar lia hai. Ab ye gaddar nahi bach payega"

explains Abhi

This causes Rajveer to realises what he was about to do. He drops the gun and looks towards Abhimanyu with lots of love for his friend. Without thinking anything, he hugs Abhimanyu while he bursts out into tears.

"Thank you so much Chauhan! Aaj jo tumne mere liye kiya hai wo mein kabhi nahi bhool paon..."

says Rajveer but stops abruptly

When Abhimanyu notices that Rajveer is no longer talking, he checks to see if everything is fine. He notices that due to many injuries, Rajveer has fallen unconscious. Abhimanyu calls the ambulance right away while the other officers arrests Lala.

Few days passes by and finally, Rajveer is feeling much better while he is still admitted to the hospital. Doctors discharges him. As soon as Rajveer opens his eyes, the first thought that comes to his mind is Naina's engagement with Huda. He decides to go back to her and find out the truth himself. No, he will not force her, but, if she also loves him then there is no way he will ever let her go.

On the other side, Captain Abhimanyu is aware of everything. He has been behaving extremely rude towards the cadets for a reason. Rajveer has promised him not to tell anyone about the truth because he is the one who wants to come back and tell them the truth instead. So, to hide everything, Abhimanyu had to act this way.

After Rajveer is discharged, he asks Abhimanyu to tell him where Naina is. Finding her address, he immediately leaves for her place.

When he reaches there, the first thing he hears is Naina confessing his love for him. At that moment, he realises that Lala lied to him to make him angry. And he has promised himself that he will not let Naina go anywhere.

Part Four - Last


Naina's eyes starts brimming with tears as she hears everything from Rajveer. Rajveer went through so much, his pain was more than what she had to face, yet without listening to him, she acted in much a bad way. He has done so much for her and for her, he came back and what did she do? She behaved extremely rude towards him and blamed him for going away from her. And now is the perfect time for her to apologize.

When Rajveer doesn't hear anything in response, he turns to look towards Naina and he gets surprised on finding tears in her eyes. Reaching her, he turns his head from left to right, as a sign of warning her not to cry while he wipes her tears away.

"Naina, please stop crying! Tum janti ho tumhare ye ansu mujhe kamzoor bana dete hain"

says Rajveer softly

This was it for Naina to react and breakdown in his arms. Without a warning, she pulls him towards her as she hides her face in his chest, sobbing.

"I'm so sorry sir. Please mujhe maaf kar dijiye. Aapne hamesha mere liye itna kuch kiya or maine hamesha aapko hi galat samjha. Please forgive me sir"

cries Naina

This also brings tears in Rajveer's eyes. No, he needs to control himself in order to be her support. Wiping his tears away, he pats Naina's hair, as a sign of calming her down.

"Ssshhh Naina! Jo bhi kuch hua, usse bhool jao. Mein hoon na tumhare sath! Aaj se hum ek nayi shuruaat karenge"

Rajveer comforts Naina

This relaxes Naina and a smile stretches on her lips. Slowly, she breaks the hug and wipes her tears away. She locks eyes with Rajveer immediately. How lucky she is feeling at this moment! At this place, she once lost her everything and today, she gained everything back at the same place. No, she doesn't hate this place anymore. In fact, this is her second favourite place. Point 1857 is her most favourite place as after coming back from there, she realised her feelings for Rajveer, maybe not entirely, but she did to some extent!

Smiling, she takes a step closer to Rajveer. This succeeds in skipping Rajveer's heartbeat and his cheeks starts turning bright red out of shyness. With both of her hand's, she cups his face.

"Aaj mein aapse woh kehna chahti hoon Rajveer sir jo aapne Huda ke samne suna or jo sunne aap wapis aaye. Mein wo dobara kahoongi"

says Naina smiling

Her face glows and her eyes shines with so much love for him. Rajveer understands perfectly that she is referring to those three magic words, but something inside him stops him. Before Naina could say anything further, Rajveer puts a hand over her lips.

"I think hamein ab wapis chalna chahiye Naina!"

suggests Rajveer

And without waiting for her response, he moves a little back as he lowers his eyes. Turning his back towards Naina, he makes his way towards the jeep. Whereas for Naina, she does not understand what exactly just happened. He came back for her and to hear those words, and now, when she is about to confess her love, he doesn't let her and instead, he walks away. This skips her heartbeat as anger urges inside her. What does he think of himself? Knowing she has no choice left, she also makes her way towards the jeep, angrily, promising herself that she will not confesses so easily now, even if he begs her. Now, he needs to wait.

Beside the jeep, a smirk is prominent on Rajveer's face as he waits for Naina. That smirk implies that there is something he is planing for Naina, maybe a big surprise!

"I am sorry Naina, but you will have to wait a little!"

mumbles Rajveer, smiling and blushing.

Their whole drive goes extremely silently. Where on one side a pissed of Naina ignores him by looking out the window, on the other side, Rajveer keeps glancing at Naina every two minutes with a huge smirk on his face.

After few minutes, Rajveer stops the car with a jerk. Naina, who was lost in some thoughts, it brings her back to reality. She looks around to notice her surroundings and gets shocked on being in front of KMA.

Immediately, she looks towards Rajveer in a shock. Why did he bring her back to KMA? This is the same place where she was insulted really badly and the same people declared her brother a traitor and declared Rajveer a killer.

"Aap mujhe yahan kyun le kar aaye hain sir? Aap ko achay se pata hai ke yeh wohi jagah hai jahan sab kuch galat hua tha"

says Naina in a whisper

Her voice reflects her pain. Rajveer understands it perfectly what she must be going through. He gives her a warm smile.

"Please trust me Naina"

he requests her sweetly

His words relaxes Naina. Naina knows for sure that no matter what happens, he will never let anything happen to her. Naina nods her head in affirmation.

With that, they both get out of the car and start making their way towards the entrance. With every step they both take, Naina's heartbeat picks up pace. She immediately grabs Rajveer's hand and clutches it tightly. This makes Rajveer to smile. In order to get her to calm down, he puts a bit of preasure on her arm which tells her not to worry, he is here for her!

Soon, they reach by the entrance. Before walking inside, Rajveer and Naina, they both look towards each other. When they enter inside, they both are welcomed by everyone, which includes Brigadier Chandook, the rest of the five cadets, Suriji, Dr. Shalini and Captain Abhimanyu. They all are standing there with a serious look on their faces, crossing their arms over their chest.

This skips Naina's heartbeat. She looks towards Rajveer with horror but instead, Rajveer gives her a smile which confuses her even more. Knowing that she is a cadet and she is in front of the whole academy, she tries to let go off his hand. But what surprises her even more is that instead of letting her hand go, Rajveer clutches it even tighter.

Soon, they both hear everyone clapping for them with a huge smile on their faces, especially Brigadier Chandook. His smile implies how proud he is feeling at this moment of his Captain Rajveer and Naina!

Walking towards Rajveer and Naina, Brigadier Chandook looks at Rajveer.

"Welcome back son!"

says BC proudly

This brings tears in Captain Rajveer's eyes and without thinking about anything, he takes Brigadier Chandook in his embrace.

"Thank you so much sir!"

says Rajveer

They both break the hug. Tears are visible in both of their eyes. Brigadier Chandook pats Rajveer's back.

"I'm very proud of you Captain! Ek baar phir se tumne ek sachay solider hone ki nishani di hai!"

says BC proudly

Rajveer nods with a bright smile. Now going towards Naina, Brigadier Chandook blesses her by putting a hand on her head. At this gesture, Naina closes her eyes and her eyes fills with tears, tears of joy!

"Mujhe garv hai tum par Naina. jab hum sab ka vishwaas Captain Naveen Singh Ahluwalia ke uppar se uttar gaya tha, tab tumne apna vishwaas qayam rakha! Today, I am proud to call Captain Naveen Singh Ahluwalia my student!"

says BC proudly

Naina opens her eyes and gives Brigadier Chandook a warn smile. Her heart fills with so much happiness. She looks towards Rajveer while Rajveer gives her a big smile. The fact that they are still holding hands, yet no one dares to say a word against that, it shocks Naina. Rajveer finally lets go off her hand as Brigadier Chandook asks Naina to come with him.

Along with Naina, Brigadier Chandook goes by the Wall of Fame while everyone else follows them. Brigadier Chandook hands Naveen's photo to Naina with a proud smile.

"Mein chahta hoon ke tum isse khud apne hathon se lagao"

Today, Naina feels as if her mission has been accomplished. With tears of happiness, Naina accepts the offer. Taking the photo, she walks towards the Wall Of Fame, but stops in her tracks. Turning towards Rajveer, she stares at him.

"Mein ye photo Wall of Fame pe Rajveer sir ke sath lagana chahti hoon, jinh ki wajah se aaj ye sab possible hua"

says Naina

Rajveer's eyes fills with tears of joy. Accepting the offer, he walks towards Naina. Together, they put the photo on the Wall of Fame while everyone claps for both of them. Today, both, Naina's and Rajveer's motive have been fulfilled, but it couldn't have been possible without Captain Abhimanyu, so, Rajveer and Naina also asks Abhimanyu to join them while putting the photo. And this is exactly what Naveen wanted. He wanted his two best friends and his sister to help him prove innocent! And it happened! Abhimanyu played a big role in proving Naveen innocent!

After all that, they all decide to leave towards their rooms, but, Brigadier Chandook interrupts. He asks everyone to gather up in the main Assembly Hall. Within minutes, everyone gathers up and they take their respected position.

"I would like to announce something! I'm very proud to announce that Cadet Naina, Cadet Alekh, Cadet Pooja, Cadet Yudi, Cadet Ali and Cadet Huda have been promoted to being the Lieutenant in the Indian Army. Beshak aap logon ki training abhi baaki hai Lekin aapne Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat ki help kar ke mera sir garv se uncha kar diya hai, so, for that, Indian Army ne aap sab ke liye ye as a return gift dia hai"

announces Brigadier Chandook.

The assembly hall fills with claps and cheers. Naina looks towards Rajveer and finds him smiling at her. So, this was the reason why no one questioned them when they were both holding hands? This means Captain Rajveer already knew about all this. Since Naina is not his student anymore, they did not break any rules by doing that.

When it is finally everyone's time to leave, the light goes off which causes everyone to halt in their place. Everyone wonders what just happened to the light. Just then, there is a spot light right on Naina. There he is, Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat, kneeling down on his knees right in front of Naina with a beautiful ring in his hand.



Seeing this, it causes everyone to gasp with happiness and joy. Everyone holds their breath to hear Rajveer's words.

"Lieutenant Naina AH Singh, kya tum mujhse shaadi karogi?"

proposes Rajveer

This makes Naina to gasp loudly. So this was the reason why he didn't let her confess before? He wanted to give her a surprise, that too a beautiful surprise. Her eyes twinkles with so much love for her Rajveer sir. Holding his breath, Rajveer waits for Naina's answer as he stares at her lovingly. Naina forwards her right hand as her answer as her eyes starts brimming with tears, tears of joy! Taking that as a yes, Rajveer slides the ring on her finger.

Everyone in the hall cheers for them, including Brigadier Chandook followed by tons of claps.

Naina holds Rajveer by his shoulders and gets him to stand up. Immediately, she throws herself in his arms.

"I love you Rajveer!"

announces Naina loudly

Yes, Naina decided that she will not confess so easily, but she couldn't hold herself back. He hugs her back with the same intensity as his eyes brims with tears. He has been waiting for this moment, and finally, it's here! He got his Naina, the love of his life.

"I love you too Naina!"

he confesses back!

They stay like this in each other's arms for a while forgetting that there are many people around them. But who cares? There isn't a single person in this academy who isn't aware of their love.

"Ahammm ahammm"

Someone's clearing of their throat brings back Naina and Rajveer to reality. They immediately break the hug and gets shocked on finding Brigadier Chandook standing in front of them with serious expressions. This brings fear on Naina's and Rajveer's face at the way BC is staring at them. Still gazing at them, Brigadier Chandook takes a step towards them.

He looks directly at Captain Rajveer.

"Captain, I hope tumne pehle koi rules break nahi kiye Lieutenant Singh ke sath"

Says BC in his usual strict tome

This causes both Rajveer's and Naina's heart to skip a beat as they lower their eyes.

"No...not at all sir"

stammers Rajveer

This makes Brigadier Chandook to laugh out loud as both Rajveer and Naina fell in his trap. This surprises both of them and both Rajveer and Naina look at BC shocked as to what made him laugh so hard.

"I'm just joking! Congratulations to both of you and for your life ahead!"

wishes Brigadier Chandook

Rajveer and Naina smile widely at this.

"Thank you sir!"

says both at the same time!

One by one, everyone wishes both of them for their happy life ahead. Now, everyone, except Rajveer and Naina, stands in a line horizontally.

"Congratulations RAINA!"

they all yell out of excitement

Right at this, flowers are showered on Rajveer and Naina as balloons pops! Rajveer and Naina, they both look towards each other and they lock eyes immediately. There is a bright smile on both of their faces as their face glows. This is the best day of their life. Today, they both have a different meaning of their life. Right now. They both became one, forever! Smiling, both Rajveer and Naina pull each other for a hug as they dream about their beautiful life ahead!
