Because she doesn't have guts to say things on the face and bitches behind back all the time. She took advantage of Arshi, Akash and Puneesh in initial phase and fired guns from their shoulders. Later when they understood her all stopped fighting on her behalf.

Even in Akash's case she did not have guts to confront him. She begged everyone to take stand for her but all knew kya fayada she will become his mummy after a week.
