Drink and pretend cz madhvi was so scared Rajan would kill her (before) n now she is threatening to commit suicide...

Even if Shiv being Sharanya husband/bf in past doesn't give him any proprietary rights to manhandle and abuse her. Whoever be it Bishts and Bedi has done a conspiracy, target them why to run behind a tormented soul who has recently overcome coma and lost her memory. His target to abuse from day one has to do only with her and lets acknowledge the basic fact.

Here is my 2 cents, what I understood so far:
Shiv was going to meet Bist family with sharanaya 2 yrs back, they were not married. They might were troubled by bedis (as Vyom wanted sharanya) - that is what sharanya wrote in letter to her dad - that they are in danger and need his help.

Before mr Bist reads it, They got in accident / fake accident by Bedi which killed shiv, someone is witness...who saved the proof.

Vyom may have split disorder - and doing all that drama in that another personality attack - not because of shiv.
