I was just responding in another post and listed some of the points from episode today. Since I'm typing from phone I don't want to do it again. Please forgive me but I'm pasting it from that post. I lik s today's episode. I think a few important things were shown
1. Shanti teacher explaining the relevance of relationship. Naina will remember it after the heartbreak. It may help her find her way again.

2. Naina displays guts. Even with her father lurking around she sneaks behind Sameer.

3. Sameer guilt has taken a new dimension. It's like each solution he has come up with leads him to a new problem. He came to peace with giving up the bet but now he doesn't know how to face Naina and blurt out the truth.

4. Sameer again shows he's a gentle, caring and sensitive soul. He is trying his best to not hurt Naina. But I feel instinctively he has guessed that the truth will separate Naina from him. Se is literally running away. But yet we see that honesty where he doesn't feel it's right to accept the sweater from her now. He wants to become worthy of it or her love.

5. Naina's confusion over Sameer s sudden mood change. She is confident that he loves her but something is making him back off. Love her trust here. She also picked up on his helplessness. We yet again see her persistent nature.

6. Initially it appeared that she is only concerned about saying ILU but actually that's the last tactic she tried today. Everything else failed to make Sameer open up. She asks him directly, then apologizes for her father even though Sameer has told her no thank you no sorry and finally tried to say ILU again because she remembers he wanted her to say that before trip ended.

7. One more step in their journey. Sameer can't hear ill about her anymore. He is acting as her self appointed protector.

8. Then the last scene. Almost the last nail in the relationship with his mom. I felt like he has completely lost hope where she is concerned.

9. As for Arjun Shefali they are building it up to the next track. It will all make sense in the next few weeks.

I cried twice during yesterday's episode -

once when Sameer returned the Sweater.. had I been in Naina's shoes, that would have felt like a rejection of all the love and effort that she has been putting into this gift for him. That along with his brusque behaviour was obviously very confusing and painful. Both Ashi and Randeep acted and emoted very well.

Second time was obviously the last scene between Vishakha and Sameer - the complete disillusionment that the poor lad experienced was gut wrenching to say the least. Again Vishnavi and Randeep were brilliant!

It seemed to me that Naina says the three magical words hoping to soothe Sameer and fulfill his desire to hear the confession and he pushes her away rudely. She backs off, going towards the edge of the cliff as seen in the precap. I dont think he has told her about the be the cliff. In the bus scene BTS where both are looking at each other, Naina looked angry but perhaps not as heartbroken as she would be upon hearing about the bet.

TOI spoilers states she finds out about the bet back in Ahmedabad so more on that when they are back in school I guess.

@bold: You are right. This might be it. In the OLV segment she was not heartbroken but just sad.

I wanted Sameer to tell her about the bet. Maybe his mother not recognixing him has filled his mind so much that he thought the bet reveal can wait.
