Abhi and Pragya

Ekta commented on one of her IG posts that the names Abhi and Pragya are actually from the real life couple of the Bollywood director Abhishek kapoor and his wife pragya yadav who are ekta's close friends..

I just read about him...from wiki...interesting...his wife is a model herself, beautiful indeed...haha...EK just make some interesting twist here.

It's not like Abhi and Pragya's story is originated from the real people Abhishek Kapoor and Pragya Yadav. It's just the names. EK likes to borrow names for the characters from people around her, even Tannu is borrowed from EK's creative team person, Tanushree Das Gupta. In fact Abhi once teased Tannu with that name although her name is Tannushree Mehta in the soap!

Abhishek Kapoor is a movie director (Rock on fame) and Pragya Yadav is a model/actress (I believed she was raised abroad). Mr. Kapoor happens to be EK's cousin. And of course none of these real people's lives have any resemblance to the soap characters. I do not believe any real life people will be like these characters.

Definitely KKB is not based on the real Abhi and Pragya couple. Ekta can get sued for defamation and invasion of privacy!!😆 Naming a fictional couple after a real life couple raises a comparison of their happiness!! Glad real couple is happily married.
