Ali you have to love him, he would do anything to protect Avni. Ali wanted Avni to go on the run but not because he believes she is guilty, it is because he knows the evidence is against her. Ali does not want history to repeat where Avni would once again face arrest for something she did not do and knows Neil's hands are tied. Ali is smart in knowing Vidyut is another Daya with connections but Shweta and Avni have full faith in Neil. Shweta is all set to fight for Avni, I just love how far these two have come!
The trust Avni and Neil have in each other cannot be broken and that was proven in this episode, you have Avni who believes Neil will save her and you have Neil who knows in his heart that Avni is innocent. I'm glad Neil has Neela to confide in, she will surely find a way to prove Avni's innocence wonder if that is why Neela sports a new look in the upcoming episodes.
Vidyut, this is a villain you love to hate Karam is just damn good in his confrontation scenes with Avni and Neil. The first confrontation was with Avni, he really is obsessed with their enemity and the fact the more he pushes Avni the more she comes roaring back. Vidyut was in a trance when Avni was warning him of the lengths she can go, the fire to her character. Aditi nailed it!
The next confrontation was between Vidyut and Neil, before this episode you could say whatever he was saying about Avni was to push Neil's buttons but it became clear today Vidyut has become obsessed with Avni in more ways than one and that makes him even more dangerous than before. It was expected Neil would lose his temper, you don't speak of Avni in that manner and not expect Neil to stay calm. Kudos to Zain for delivering despite not being well.
I liked the way the CVs showed Avni being conflicted when she went back to the crime scene, the way she was torn between her promise to Neil and reliving her past arrest when all evidence was against her was too good. Avni did not want history to repeat but Neil stopped her. This man really does know her better than she knows herself, he will do anything to protect her even if it means making himself stone hearted to save Avni.
Precap was the promo playing out but I wonder if Avni has prior knowledge of what Neil is doing. In the spoiler pics posted that black suitcase was behind Avni in one shot and the off shoulder saree she is wearing appears to be the one she had on in the photo of her and Neil. We will know soon enough but it is clear Neil is doing whatever it takes to protect his love, this is not a misunderstanding it is the extent Neil can go to keep Avni safe.
Side note, congrats to the NK team and fandom for a rise in TRPs! Finally we are back in the 2.0 range, I've noticed the number tends to climb to that range whenever the climax is reached to NK tracks. I'm happy to see the hard work of the NK team paying off, well deserved!!
