Nimki is slowly realising the power she holds in her hands.

She may not have good understanding about things that are happening around her but she stands up for herself and for her family.

Good that Nahar Singh's true face is revealed in front of her.Or else she would have ever believed if anyone else told her what he is upto.

Ram Bachan is proving once more what a weak man he is.I guess he really can't help being the way he is.It's centuries old oppression that determined his character.But all the love care attention he has paid to his daughters has paid off.They both snarl growl when provoked.

Is Nimki really materialistic? She has a massive crush on Babbo Singh andawed by the life style of Tettar Singh parivaar. But did she do any thing to go all out acquire all that for herself? No.She knew that all those things that Babbo represents are beyond her and she was quite comfortable with the idea of marrying who ever her father finds suitable for her.

Why is she expected to think twice before accepting Babbo Singh's proposal?Isn't that what she desired?Why should she say no if her desire knocks her door?

What kind of a person she is will depend on how she handles the harsh reality that she faces once she becomes Tettar Singh's Bahu and her beloved Babbo's wife.

Coming to Abhimanyu what made him think that Nimki would accept his proposal? Did she ever give him any reason to believe that she thought of him something more than a friend and well wisher?She respected him and valued his inputs and yes she has become very fond of his daughter but are these reasons enough to believe that she would jump up and accept his proposal?Does he really think believe that he is late with his proposal and that's why she accepted Babbu's rishta proposal?

I think Abhimanyu and his massi also should wake up and smell the coffee.

No man of his age and widowed with a child would expect a girl who is in her early twenties to jump and accept his proposal.If the girl is madly in love with him then it is a different thing altogether.If the role had not been played by Mr Indraneil Hotstuff Sengupta don'n think this character Abhimanyu Rai would have received so much attention 😉😆.

The same thing that made Nimki believe Babboo Singh loves her even before the rishta came. The same thing that made Nimki think Baboo was looking at her, the same thing that made her think Baboo had come to meet her, the same thing that made her think Baboo came to say goodbye to her and so on... Why on this Earth should she think an upper caste boy that too of the incumbent Mukhiya, the zamindars of the village will fall in love with a lower caste girl like her because she is beautiful ? This is a place where people like Tettar Singh crush fingers of a dalit boy because he loved an upper caste girl. This is a place where ghats are different for upper and lower caste people, this is a place where being dalit is a crime.

If Nimki's character wasn't comic, even this character would not have received so much

attention.

Yes she did though unintentionally. There was something in her behavior that Masiji found it out of place. I dont think hugging him every time was part of the culture the place where she belongs. She never hugged Tunne who is her childhood friend. Then there are thousands of such moments which cannot be explained in words.

Ironically, in Bihar, ' Sarkari Naukri' that too State Govt service means a jackpot. So, its completely logical for him or his masi to think Nimki should have accepted the proposal. Why NImki, girls younger than her marry older men. Financial security plays the most vital role in arranged marriages. Just in case you have missed, the other rishtas Masi brought for him were far more qualified than Nimki and all belonged to influential families unlike her. Masi in fact wanted Abhimanyu to marry the younger sister of the girl after he rejected the proposal.Also, even Mahua thought BDO babu was the best suitor for Nimki which Rambachan also acknowledged. Neither Mahua nor Rambachan raised the issue of age difference or Abhimanyu having a child from his first marriage. So, however surprising it may sound that is the way it works in small towns and villages.

He had no plans to propose Nimki at all. It was Masij's great plan remember? What didnt fall into place were those dream sequences for a mature man like him.The makers ended up making him another Tunne. The Devdas scenes were not needed. Subtlelty was needed. It didn't happen.A

I will not comment if she is materialistic or not or if she was comfortable with her father's choice but she should have thought twice before accepting Baboo Singh's proposal. Why ? Because until sometime back these people abducted her and her father to their Haveli to teach them a lesson. Anaro, her would be MIL had pushed her away, Rekha or Sweety completely ignored her and Baboo's expressions were not romantic to say the least. In her election video she said she knew the attack during Chath Puja was Rajneeti ka khela. Who did she think was doing the Rajneeti ka khela ? JHumri and Daliya ?

She is deliberately ignoring everything.

she must think twice or thrice or even more as she knows she's the Mukhiya and what's indeed her power and where she can take Nahar Sing who really helped her otherwise who else thought she can be the Mukhiya just after being elected she forgot did she expect nahar sing to be happy...and starts dancing on her tune.
why when it comes to Babboo and his attitude she's completely blind ??
Because babboo is the person she's using as the short way to get her dream realise...Babbu EVER reciprocated the same feeling to Nimki he ever thought to befriend Nimki he ever looks at her as a normal person...So from where this so called love is bubbling in the heart of Nimki for Babboo??
Nimki knows in a wedding the wife needs to be accepted and respected by both the man and his family after marriage Nimki is going to find out how to get all these by coaxing Babboo family.
By the way nimki is not going to be the Mukhiya for eternity then what will happen to nimki Mukhiya??
The tettar family and Babboo will make her the queen of their house??

You said it all I will only add is Abhimanyu an oldie that he can't think to get married a second time how many times Nimki herself said she would have liked to marry someone like him... So what's the big deal.

Finally the creatives started telling the viewers about Nimki's reasons for liking someone like Babbo.

She has her own standards that she set for herself based on what she saw and experienced in life.

So much cynicism at such young age is disturbing.

In her mind Babboo is as good or as bad as any other guy.She had a crush on him and she has a good reason to believe that he too developed feelings for her because someone like Tettar Singh who doesn't look beyond caste and who treats people from her community like they are dirt has come knocking at their door step asking for hand in marriage.

She knows how much her father would do for the happiness of his children and thinks that Tettar is doing the same for his son.

Just because she speaks her mind out and says whatever comes to her mind boldly she thinks Tettar also is like that and believes that if his intentions are good because he announced the marriage proposal in front of the whole village.

I am happy that writers are showing slowly but surely that there is lot more to Nimki than just wanting a man to settle down with. They are making the HERO of this show Nimki a very interesting character⭐️
