I know films were really filmy at that time and cutting wrists for writing love letters, and slavery were some forms of considered great love but guys it was painful
This is madness I almost remembered Maya from beyhadh
Imagine Naina saying Sameer tum ab sirf mere ho in a psychopath angle no its 90s and from a middle class girl of that time even that won't look convincing
CVS should stop showing pain in such cute love stories
It's a school love story let it remain innocent
Or else it's essence will be lost

What ever they showed was absolutely stupidity even for teenagers of those days...those are the one of cases and todays kids are too smart...of all the days my lil fellow was watching this and I was about to change the channel seeing what she was doing...when my smart fellow said..how stupid of her to burn her hand because she wanted to feel his pain...no one can feel anyone else pain as each have different tolerant levels...so the depth of the pain varies with a person mental strength...and then went on to ask me...so all you people were like her??

I escaped saying its just for drama factor ...and he said ...weird .
I was happy but at the same time shocked with the kind of response I got... 😆 ...so thats the new gen...very logical and analytical...they don't blindly follow something ..until they think there is a good reasoning behind it...

I think we can and should forget it as one of stupidity shown...among a lot of beautiful and relatable scenes..

That's one scene which spoiled my mood actually... It's all fun to show those things but they should realise that the audience watching this show will be affected by what they show... Most of them are still in school and they will think this is the way to prove their true love! 🥱

Already there is an alarming number of ppl causing sellf harm and harming the person they love in so called junoon in real life these days... These things hv bcm a common headlines now-a-days and then makers go ahead shw smdng so stpd like this??!🥱

I at least expected the grown up Naina to strongly condemn her actions in the voice over but she instead was praising that pain???!! 😲Like seriously?😡

See I knw it's a show for entertainment but makers are also citizens of this country and have equal social responsibility like any other... Showing a person is mentally ill and doing this is different than showing an ordinary gal doing these things... Like if Maya was doing those things in Beyhadh, she has a history of mental illness... Here Naina is a normal girl like any of us!!

Anyways, I really like this show and don't want to stop watching this bcz of these kinda scenes... So I just hope that this is the last we see of such scenes...
