Just wanted to post the precap, since this confusion was clouding our minds from a long time.

Juhi has Mishti in her arms as she stands at the edge of a cliff, warning an injured Avni, who has a gun in her hand.

Neil, Neela, and even Shweta (I guess) watch, as Avni starts a countdown to shoot Juhi, but it is Vidyu will gloves in his hands standing way behind her as he says, ''You have started your own countdown Avni. This is a lifetime of enmity.'' and shoots Juhi.

Neela and Neil are spell bound as they scream ''AVNI'' and the gun drops from her trembling hands, and perhaps even Avni thinks it was her gun that shot Juhi!

So is my theory coming true? LOL

The one theory I can think of is Avni did shoot but she doesn't know that her gunshot didn't kill Juhi. She will also believe that she killed Juhi. And Neil will be extremely mad at Avni for taking law in her hands even after knowing how much he has stopped her from doing that and how thats the only thing he expected out of her. And his anger knows no bounds when it comes to Avni taking such steps. So Avni will misunderstand she shot Juhi and Neil will believe that too, feel betrayed she didn't keep her promise and hence the separation and the leap?

But the blood which came from the middle of her forehead was not there before the gun was shot. This precap is more confusing.

Avni doesn't shoot.

She was only threatening Juhi that she will shoot, if she doesn't put Mishti down and away from the edge of the cliff.

But in the meantime, Vidyut takes advantage of the situation and shoots Juhi, because Juhi had said if she is arrested, she will testify against him in the court and have him arrested too.
