Jumping straight in to what was my favorite part among many, in this chapter,
The goons had it coming...Really what were thinking coming back to attack Chandini after what happened the day before?! Fools!
DARK ADVAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️
Yes, he was scary. He was imminent pain before the mercy of death! He was LOVE!
But what is scarier is that I could relate to him, in that moment of violence, I could wholly relate to Advay. I wanted to hurt the goons just as bad as Advay did, I relished in their pain, just as he did. And really if that doesn't say how amazing of a writer you are, I doubt anything will. YOU ARE AMAZING CHITRA!❤️
More on the scene and this is completely debatable, but what Advay did to the goons for justice for me. In cases of rape, abuse, molestation, and Acid attacks I am an eye for eye kind of person. I think Advay of one as well. But in him was the added possessiveness he had towards Chandini.
He said, 'they touched what was his', I only wish he hadn't said that because it made it seem like he beat them up because she was his...But hey, I ain't complaining. He is human and these are his flaws. This is what makes him such a great character!
Following this, everything that transpired in Chandini's bedroom was the 'real' dark of this chapter. No, not the part where he wants to bed her immediately. But the part that he thrives on Violence, it is his turn on! I believe this kink is his coping mechanism, as we discussed previously. And I also believe this is where Chandini can come in and resolve some of the tension (Not that I think of kink as something that needs solving. Kink is not a problem!) But to channel that turn on in a healthier way than sex.
Coming to the lighter parts of the chapter. I think you balance everything so well. I am never overwhelmed by a single feeling and yet the emotion lingers and resonates and sings in my heart. You give us some frothy moments that truly help show that 'life is all bad...or all good' and that 'Life is life. Neem and Ganna.😆'
My next favorite part was him replacing her memory of being dragged by the hair by the goon! THAT WAS HOT! HOT! HOT!❤️
I LOVED THAT SCENE SO SO MUCH!!
Because 1)IT WAS HOT
2) It actually showed a little BDSM, in the most beautiful manner I have read in a while!
And 3) Because it hinted at how Chandini could possibly minutely like BDSM.
More on Point 3)
BDSM doesn't always have to involve sex, and I think this would potentially work well for Chandini. I see Chandini as someone who has a lot of responsibilities placed on her shoulder. As someone who almost always has to be in control of herself. And she has no relief from these duties, especially because she a the Daughter of a Mahant, and is expected to always behave in accordance. So for someone like Advay to come into the picture and control her (in the most appropriate ways), to relieve her, is something that she may extremely like. For once she can hand over the control of her life and self to someone else, and not have to bare any social consequences.

Can I say, My platonic ship in this FF is Shikha and Advay more than Murli and Advay? Or maybe is it too soon to soon?! (Maybe its safer to say I adored the dymanics of Shikha and Advay's Jija-Saali relation in this chapter)
Also, I forgot to mention this in my last review but the Diya scene in both the chapter were BRILLAINT! My heart lit up everytime I imagined the scene! 😳 Thank you!

PS: I love the subtle way you are portraying BDSM in this FF. For instance Advay not looking down at Chandini's body when she was in bed and her saree was bunched up at her waist.

Why I say that you are portraying BDSM in the right way is because not a lot of poeple know this but BDSM is all about consent! It is a fundamental part of it! A submissive doesn't have to do anything the Dominant says if they aren't comfortable with it.
Advay giving Chandini his word, him giving her a choice is REAL BDSM!
