In today's episode he explains to Munna and Pandit at the temple...why he is not saying ILU to Naina

One obvious reason he stated is guilt as she is his friend and he doesn't want to hurt her!

Something he doesn't state ...but he knows in his heart of heart( which is with Naina now😉) that once this bet bit is over he won't have any reason to hang aroound or with her ..!! It scares the shit out of the poor guy...he will be left alone one more time!!!

All those mixed emotions...conflicts very well potrayed by Randeep!!

Confusion Love Fear Anger Guilt all emotions just make Sameer so lovable and intriguing character!

All emotions written all over his face!!

Yes i also loved what he said in the temple scene. Randeep did a great job - we could all feel Sameer's dilemma in that moment.

No he doesn't want to hurt her as he said he feels for her as a friend ...she is his friend now hence he doesn't want to hurt her...he thinks once the bet is over she will still be friends with him and that is why he doesn't want to hurt her...I don't see anywhere that he showing some signs that he has started loving her...maybe the realization will be afterwards but as of right now he only thinks of Naina as his very good friend... someone he cannot do without talking to...I am guessing the love part will come soon after she cuts all ties with him.

Yes Nancy. I really liked that scene. For the first tie he actually expressed his doubts to his friends and even they didn't have s convincing answer for him. Before when Sameer would hesitate Pandit would egg him on saying it was for the bet. But today even he couldn't solve Sameer s dilemma. Him and Munna just walked away. I think at this moment none of them wants to fool Naina anymore.

yes .. today all of them were at a loss.

Sameer doesn't want to hurt her heart and the temple quote of breaking a heart in which god resides is piercing him. But he doent know how to get out of it. He did not eat the roti so she does not get the wrong idea. But he initiates the ILU convo because the seniors push him.

He cares but only when she moves away will he realize the void she leaves in his life and thats when he will have to really examine his feelings and separate the hate, guilt and care into respective categories.

I loved this scene too ..for the very first time we got to know what is actually going inside him...the tussle between heart n mind!I liked how he stated pehle sab acha tha smething on thise lines where he has realized smething is changing within him...He is not able to put forth what this realization means to him...Yes he is guilty but its more than that he is not liking that CHANGE IN HIM...

I was also thinking SHAANA hai ye...he wants to say ilu under the pretext of the bet jab ki Naina has to blurt it out...Yaar aap kyu bolege...until it is smewhere deep voice echoing from ur heart that u wnt to..😆

Yep there is something nagging him apart from his concious...the tiny lil heart flutterrs seeing Naina... I can so see his delima of not understanding what's happening to him

He says Sab pehle jaisa kyon nahim hota??

He wamtsbtp be carefree unconcerned but now that he has started caring for Naina that change within homis troubling him!! Such a natural feeling!I can relate to Sameers conflict very well ...at 16 to acknowledge love act maturedly is not easy!! Everyone is not NAINA..GIRL Is CRYSTAL CLEAR WITH HER COMMUNICATION AND FEELINGS!!

I love the characterisation of both Naina and Sameer

They both r so relatable
