The Infamous Shaadi Waala Pyar!

Hola ppl! 😃

This is my first post here n I thought I will share my thoughts regarding this much debated Shaadi Wala Pyar...SWP topic! 😉

So hmm, what I think the makers r trying to show here is that during the 90s and such, people were quite conservative... So like the Principal said, if u fall in love with somebody, it's decided that you would be marrying them, ie; first love is the last love... So the concept of first love and first crush concept which we now know and accept as normal didn't exist back then... Meaning there is only one love, which is first and last... no second or third or fourth...😆

So till now Naina has been living with that old concept, right? But when Swati overheard Sameer saying he already had a girlfriend, who might or might not have been his first one too... It's already become a taboo... He's already broken the sacred unspoken code of having just one love all your life! Oops!! So now Naina has trouble coming to terms with that truth... So even though Naina isn't his first love, she needs to be sure that she will be at least his last love, ie no more loves after her! And hence the quest for SWP... 😳

Also I think with this track they are trying to show that Naina is actually too naive... I mean she believes in the world of movies... She believes her life is like her fav 'Maine pyar kiya', where the hero and heroine met so conveniently, became bffs almost immediately and by the end of the movie were happily married to each other! So she doesn't see that there could be a chance that what she is seeing might not be the truth... That Sameer even by a remote chance might be not what she imagines him to be... She has blind faith in Sameer... 😕

And guess this heart break will be a lesson to realise that life is in no way like those sugar coated movies she loves... nothing hunky-dory... That people watch the movies actually to escape from reality because their reality is nothing like that... She needs to realise that Reality is messy and true love can be found only if she successfully wades through those messy waters...Nothing comes easy in life, especially true love... 😳

Exactly... Life is bitter sweet... Like they say it's not the beginning but it's the end that matters... So after this hrtbrk whatever luv she feels will be more mature and thought out... And looks like it will be with Sameer this time over too but the difference will be that he would genuinely deserve her this time...

I know mny r getting irritated with the shaadi wala jaap ..im also one of them..but then still i can understand what these gals r actually trying to converse n put their points forward...Not everyone could muster the courage to fall in love in those days n even if they did...for them it would be to see transpiring that very relationship into reality that is shaadi...For gals tthose days..shaadi was pure n sacred ...love was the undying commitment n everlasting promise..!For Naina this ground holds true as she believes her world is Sam!

I don't think that in 90s, girls were so stupid to go after a filmy concept and name it shaadi wala pyaar. I heard this only in this show.

True yar but if v see irrespective of whether it's 90,80, 70s or now, nt evry gal obviously but there do exist few gals hmm I won't say outright stupid gals but yeah just too naive gals who do believe in such things... Actually I know few people too... No matter how much you try to tell them to think about it they just believe in their version of truth! 😆

I would say that I'm not much irritated with that SWP but yes I feel they should have kept it for a short period of ttime...i mean every minute these two girls scrutinizing his actions and he failing almost everytime...and then Swati telling her and Naina doesn't accept...then what exactly is the point of these tests and scrutiny when she isn't ready to face and accept the results😊

I would have been happier if after once or twice they would have put an end to it saying that Naina isn't ready to accept it...so no point in these testing and actually time would be an eye opener...and that should have been it...but they're carrying on and on...

In medical field we believe that any investigation should be done if the results of that help in changing or deciding the management...

Yahan to bas test and results with no impact on either of them...so a bit 😳

Thank you. :) N yeah I agree we do change the drugs when needed n that's exactly what she should be doing too... But that's the sad thing nah, she isn't bcz she's just too naive... V learn our skills through trial and errors of what works and what doesn't... So I think they r trying to show that this is just her error phase... Eventually she'll learn from the actual diagnostic test results which would be the real concrete indisputable evidence... These tests r just preliminary screening tests... 😳

N that being said, I guess the track will be over this week itself... Nxt is hrtbrk n that too unintended when sam isn't evn trying as seen frm 2day's precap...
