Me too going with the last option, may b after DNA reports confirmed that it's his Mehak,he has consulted a Doc n the Doc must have asked him to bring her to his hospital for treatment. Ilovec the way he picked her up Haq se n taking her away 👏

For me if he had a dna report he would be alot more loving he would not throw water at her

So i feel its something to do with white chillies

I guess we are going to relive indian super cook retreat type episodes

If he had conclusive proof, he would not kidnap her. He would have walked in with the police and got Rama arrested for kidnapping, thrown the DNA reports at Mehek's face and taken her away in broad daylight. Shaurya Khanna loves making a point and what better time than now considering no one except KC believed him?

So I'll go with some work related retreat too. He may have asked her and she may have refused so he's forcing her to go. Although I don't know how smart it would be to kidnap her and throw her among a bunch of people. She's sure to create a scene.🤔

Shaurya's confidence in the precap 😆 proves that the DNA report has confirmed Mehak's identity & as they are not shooting on outdoor location 🤔 I hope it's their own paradise- the isolated flat ,away from Shannas, phone & posinious interruptions, where Mehak without being mentally manipulated or bulldozed can expurgate the brain washing & start joining the flashes of past with present (yesterday during the fire scene her flashes clearly showed her inside Sharma house with Shaurya..)

I think he is taking her outside for some cooking competition. He had mentioned last time there is some cooking competition is coming up.
not only that he might have got DNA report also it clearly says she is Mehak. So rightfully he is taking his wife with him on his shoulder as if kisi Mai ka laal main dum hai toh rok ke dikhao 🤣
