Sridevi,Madhuri,Manisha,Preity,Vidya,Urmilla,Juhi,Aishwarya,Priyanka are name of few outsiders who made it in b-town.

The truth is this there is nepotism everywhere
Today we are more aware of it because of access to social media anyway
Sanjay, Saif , Sallu , Aamir are all products of nepotism as well
It's about grabbing the right opportunity at the right time
For instance if you star in a b list movie for your first movie , networking , PR all play a huge role in who will get the most love

Ajay,Hrithik,Karishma,Kareena,Kajol,Sunny,Abhishek,Rani,Pooja Bhatt,Ranbir,Sonam,Ranveer,Shahid.The list goes on.

Many opportunities were given on platter to Kareena,Sonam,Abhishek,Shahid,Arjun after repeated failures.

The starkids have more opportunities to prove your worth. And even after 5-6 films, if the individual have not been able to convince that he or she can actually act, it isn't like they'll be sitting at home.
What else explains the likes of Shraddha Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha and Tiger Shroff getting film after film even though they've done nothing to prove their worth? Ranbir after the grand failure of three back-to-back big budget movies, he still got a Karan Johar film as the lead,a Raju Hirani film.Any other hero not from a film family would've had to pack his bags and leave in such a situation!

I feel at this juncture of time it will be more difficult for outsiders to come and prove themselves, not that it was easier before...

With the brigade of star kids on the block and with people like I-don't- find -outsiders- fit-for -a-role K Jo , still at the helm of affair, it is going to be difficult for any outsider... At this point Bollywood has a lot of option unless a star kid is not interested.to make a foray in Bollywood...

Sara, Khushi and Ishan have already started, more are lined up... On top of that if anyone of them come remotely close to Alia, the chances for outsides will be even more negligible... Even if they are not talented enough, they will get chances after chances...

Bollywood indeed is very nepotistic...
