Her mangalsutra is usually a plain with a single diamond studded n it's thread is till neck only bt this one was bigger.yeah may be they are using for this particular scene.Another thing which I felt seeing this is may be it's the night scene after Neil says she s free since the night gown which Avni was holding was same in that particular scene.so like they discussed that they will sleep turn wise on sofa.N den she cried n dat was dropped on Neil's cheek so may be he got some hint that she doens't want to go.next morning she woke up n gets Maddy bua n Kareena Kapoor (Zain's said in that interview) n then that birthday drama by Rhea n Ali is created since they both don't want Avneil to be together
