Neil is still very much with Avni every time she breaks . Whatever the family setup he imagines is only with Avni . His dialogues in yesterday's episode is a proof . He often forgets there is Juhi in between and he and Avni can't bring up Misti . I understand that he is going through emotional turmoil but can't buy that he isn't thinking on it . He has enough seen the change in Juhi to doubt her intentions . I dunno why CVs are hell bent in doing everything at the cost of Neil .Every Tom,Dick and Harry easily enters and exits his house like it's a park and I don't find any security too. At last he is made just to listen to Vidyut's taunts and shoo him away. I will hold my comments about him . He wouldn't have asked sheru to do a separate DNA test if he hasn't doubted someone .
Of Avni I would say only to paralyse her from using her brains Vidyut and RP are exactly rubbing her wounds . They knew nothing can weaken her as her past does to her . I guess she is confused of how to give a better childhood to Misti . The setup of AvNeil having Misti will always have Juhi tagging along . They can't stop her and they don't have rights to .
Where my patience is grated is AvNeil being inactive . Even in complex situations CVs have shown them thinking then why not at present . Vidyut is always tenfold forward than AvNeil . It will be interesting only when both players are competitive . They are just making AvNeil emotional fools to highlight Juhi . Second thing that tested me was Khanna's standing as mute spectators when Avni was humiliated . The woman was going on and on but no one dared to stop . Swetha could have done it even in case Bebe silences her .

My main objective here unlike people might think isn't to defend, but rather to see other perspectives, for me
logic and common sense prevail :
I never said fans are totally to be blamed, I said many things might have contributed to the situation, and yes I agree I also didn't like the same expressions of crying over and over of Juhi, but one can't deny that she is unbearable now when she keeps shouting at everyone as if she has really some rights while the truth is she is a parasite! Else what do you call a person who keeps getting advantage of their host without having any rights!!!
I might even run short of adjectives to describe Juhi's character now, honestly it stopped making any sense! I was one of the people who were willing to give the character a chance though the actress wasn't convincing, I didn't want to be blinded by my love for AvNeil, was ready to be mature enough to see things from a story point of view but the abrupt changes and what they made her do, killed that purpose, not that I was ever interested in her character, but had they given logical explanation and development to it I would have accepted it.
Juhi is selfish, because you don't save your daughter at the expense of others by the means of a a huge lie, but the worst is she kept insisting on the lie even after the daughter was saved, so that means she wanted to enjoy the family love and luxuries which she has no right to, then she becomes jealous and changes that sindoor, becoming jealous is still human but here u would understand she is no good, because a good person would never harm another one even if she feels jealous and then the total change teaming up with Vidyut and Ragini Pandit seriously!! First she is not majboor, so they should stop projecting her as so! she had a choice but she has chosen to keep lying, she showed immense ungratefulness, betrayed the people who helped her and risked their life for her, and even if she claims she loves Neil, that's not true, you don't defame the person u love and make them go through all this, then she proved she has no self respect, to get Neil she is ready to help the people who captivated her and humiliated her in the worst ways, uperse she proved to be stupid and dumb because she thought these people will actually let her have her happily ever after with Neil once they get rid of Avni!!! I mean I really fail to understand her character at all, or what she has become, the woman who was having nightmares post Rang Mahal because she might never see her daughter again, is using her daughter, making her go through immense trauma just to get Neil!! so what is left, this woman failed as a human being, as a lover, as a mother!! she is plain evil and that too the stupid kind because at least other vamps are quite intelligent to know what would benefit them really!
Hence I felt that they indeed changed her character and it wasn't supposed to be this way, that creates a total discordance with her past scenes.
With regards to Neil, he seems to be the one who is indirectly shown in a bad light in this track though if we see at it he is not what he is being accused of, he is not spineless, he is not a two timer, he knows very well what he wants and is trying to find a way out but there is indeed a lot on his plate at this moment and all these things are of huge importance be it arresting Vidyut/RP, protecting Mishti, being there for Avni, tackling Juhi...
Cvs created this web and made him stuck in it, yes we are used to a super intelligent and ressourceful cop who would turn the tables quickly, we were used to a battle of equals between hero and villains but here they are as u said making Vidyut always one step ahead of Neil, if we see at it it's been only 7episodes since the media fiasco and things completely being against Neil yet it seems like eternity!
And yes he is being kind of toned down for drama, though I feel a part of not lashing out at Juhi is because of the fact she was injured, secondly an attempt to grasp why she is behaving this way, don't forget Neil is rarely shown impulsive, so I suppose he is trying to make sense of what he is seeing, he is not that firm with her because he is still not sure she is really evil and means harm otherwise he wouldn't have spared her, but I guess after the najayaaz word and the last scene he witnessed of her with Avni when she talked about haq and behaved that way with Avni, he would have understood what Juhi has become and I hope to see action from his side!
I also agree with you on the security part, CVs made it ridiculous honestly, as u said anyone can go in and out Khanna mansion and that's too much, the first time would still have been accepted but when u see it happening everytime that becomes silly and it doesn't say good about Neil, to create drama and to glorify the villain they are doing this to Neil, I mean CCTV cameras are there and security should be tightned, and if there is an area which has no CCTV cameras, then it should be convered as well and Mishti's room should be secured the most... but to show the drama, CVs are turning a blind eye to all this! writing is lacking in this track in comparison to other tracks honestly!
Also the point about Vidyut also being aware of Neil's moves and foiling his plans should have alerted Neil, his plans could have been successful hadn't he had a mole in his own house!
Anyways there are a lot of blunders, loopholes in this track and it's not even funny, we can overlook things at times but when it comes to characters it becomes hard to digest, Cvs made a huge mistake by introducing this track and handling it this way, either they should have stuck to their original vision or wrapped it with the minimal of damage, I just hope they don't do some damage that can"t be controlled or undone! Already exposing the truth by the means of a shaadi is too dramatic, distatestful and not at all innovative but the worst would be making it a majboori instead of a plan that will be indeed the biggest blow Neil Khanna and AvNeil have gotten ever
