Today's episode's final bit showed Datta Thakur unsure of how Shakti Devi escaped from the temple since the main gate was closed and locked. Assuming he has a hand in the murders, shouldn't he know about the secret passageway?
The precap showed Shakti Devi telling Rahul that she reached the jungle because *wink wink nudge nudge* if Inspector Akshay's body could end up in the jungle from the temple, how can she not. So this confirms what we already know -- there is a secret passageway somewhere in the temple. But, what we can confirm is that neither Datta Thakur or Lakhan know anything about it. Otherwise, Lakhan could have killed Shakti Devi as escaped from the temple through the secret entrance.
I think the doctor guy is actually a good guy. He's portrayed as a suspicious character, but I think he's a good guy. Just good guy vibes, I guess? lol.
Based on what we've seen so far, my theory is that there is a ton of wealth from the old temple. It's an excavation so it takes time because they can only work at night (when people don't go near the temple).
The old lady only mentioned the miracles of the temple (I assume health-wise); she didn't mention the biggest thing - that Kaal Bhairav actually exists in the temple and his ganas come and worship him every night. Perhaps that's something that was invented recently instead of a century-long tradition, maybe it's only 20 or so years old. 20 years can feel pretty long, and people have gotten used to it / accept it, so they aren't suspicious of it.
I think that Gauri's hiding spot is where the secret entrance to the temple is. Speaking of Gauri, sigh ... Gauri . Hahaha 😆😆
