it is child's fundamental right to drink mothers first milk and breast milk...

actually this milk is just like anti-biotic and gives child strength to fight diseases over life long..

parth should not deny that right to child...

surrogacy contracts always have breast milk feeding agreement breast milk for three months i think..

Totally agree that it is right of the child to drink mother's milk which is the only source for it for nutrition.. Later it can be obtained from sources like milk banks, but when the mother is around, its best choice that she feeds it to the child.

Talking about the contract, there are many other things in the contracts as well. The surrogate doesn't stay with biological parents in their house, doesn't claim her rights over biological father, is supposed to hand over the child to its biological parents after it is born..

Many of these conditions have already been violated.. Lets see how many more are adhered to. And lets see whether Teni is interested in breast feeding the baby in the first place, with affection.
