He had to take part with everyone else, usually doesn't the captain suggest names for nomination or put one person up straight away for eviction?
Is this because producers don't want Hiten to look bad in front of everyone?

I was also thinking that Hiten will get to nominate a few more or swap one name . He didn't get any power.
I think even BB understands that Hiten is peace-keeper of house, so doesn't want to disturb this equation he has with everyone.
