Udaan an beautiful serial which was showcasing the plight of bandhuavgiri through a female protagonist is being aired on the colours TV Channel. During the course the villian Kamal Narayan who has done lot of attoricities towards the protagonist Chakor, the female lead who is now being shown as pregnant with 5 months(in her second trimester). Todays episode showed utmost gruesomeness of the villian torturing the pregnant which is beyond indescribable. She was tied in a godown and was physcially, brutally beaten by a whip to that extent, the level of gruesomeness was too much to be handled not in a war movie also it is shown so explicitly. As viewers it has terribly, mentally and pscyhologically affected. Does a simple line of disclaimer running in a corner suffice this gruesomeness on a women that too being pregnant. Has the thirst for TRPs and showing the scene very authentic and natural driven the makers to such an unpardonable act?
