People here uses the word racism without even having a slightest idea of what its legal definition is.

Remember, all the people inside are racists, including most of us. There are two reasons, we are all thinking that when someone is making just a statement related to skin color, she must be demeaning the person of another skin tone, second if we are not so touchy about skin tone then at a drop of a hat we would not say someone is a racist mind you in this case without even knowing the intent. If we react that fast that means in our mind we still think that fair is better than dark.

Arshi respect de rahi hai Shilpa ko maa bolke.. ye Shilpa tho sach mein maa aur step-mom ka role play kar rahi hai..

Ye bilkul bhi body shaming nahin hai. Chalo main ek statement deta hoon "Tum bilkul mujh jaisi ho kyonki tum meri jitni hi kali ho." and "Tum bilkul mujh jaisi ho kyonki tum meri jitni hi gori ho." How does one becomes body shaming and one does not? I am asking because telling someone as fair or dark as a statement how can that be body shaming?
