Shanaya, Ayaan, Ranbir and Kanya all need to seriously stop leaning on their mother's (or in Kanya's case Shanta) so much. It's no wonder they are all in some sort of prolonged adolescence. They are all adults but every move is seemingly dictated by mummy dearest. Ayaan got married to Rewa's choice, Shanaya can't seduce her husband without instructions from Devika, Ranbir can't make any move financially since Mallika holds the purse strings and Kanya is seemingly attached to the hip to Shanta. Poor Ranbir got a buy one, get one for free special when he married Kanya. 😆 There really is no hope for this lot ever growing up and maturing, if their mothers are dictating, monitoring, demanding, laying down the law, bossing, bullying and slapping them. But then again, do we want a mature, grown-up Ranbir or Shanaya. 😆

Hiya BC, ususally i totally agree with what you write, but today, sorry cant say that i doo. for i dont think by marrying someone your mom wants you to is considered childlish, infact it takes great maturity or so in my books.. and as for devika giving her daughter tips on stabalizing her marriage, again i know alot of me and my friends rely on our moms to help us through the rough patches of being married... my moms my rock and i cant imagine a life with out her guidence in it.. simply put moms are the best and i dont think anyone should ever cut the strings from there mother.....she bore you she'll be there for you through the thick and thin... just my take and thats kinda why i like all of the moms in kit, there all a bit over protective and over the top but thats what being a mom is all about, it really hard to let go sometimes...😳

and yup i do agree with ranbir getting a 2 for 1 deal....he bagged the deal of the century 😉

I agree, we all rely on our moms for support. 😊 It's just the complete reliance they seem to have on their mothers in certain aspects that bugs me. Shanaya was needing her mother's help at every step of the way, even Devika was getting annoyed and Ranbir is toooooooo old to be so dependent on Mallika financially and Kanya is seemingly never away from Shanta for any length of time.

And yes, Ranbir got one huge bargin there. 😆

Yet another inconsistency here, bc and this time with the character...so what's new right? The way BT mauled Milind's character, I've lost all respect for the guy and have kissed the show and the forum g'bye.

Here, I was shocked to see that the mighty Ranbir Nanda, the scion of the nanda family, the owner of the nanda empire..at least that's what they projected at the beginning is actuallly dependent monetarily on his mama!? What the heck...that got me really pissed of and the guy's aura fell a notch or two for me.

Trust the BT guys to start the spoilsport act so soon!
