I don't think anything will happen to baby.. Baby is their tool to take the story forward.. So nothing will happen to it.. But yeah, Parth will definitely have to bear scoldings from Bhanushali ladies (now Dadaji as well) as if he has committed some big crime.

Feeling uneasy is another thing, and having such acute pains is totally different thing! I guess only some abnormal medical condition or physical harm can cause such pain.. Emotional imbalance doesn't cause such pain for sure. Writers are taking too much creative liberty..

I am not convinced it is some serious complication.. Because there is no such reason that any complication should happen. Lets see.
