the way Vyom has packed up his life, and been in the hospital for the entire 2 years, given hope to her helpless parents, support to her young brother, only few people will do that. Vyom is filthy rich, he does not need to do all these, but he still did because he does not only love sharanya but loves everyone sharanya loves, her parents, her brother, her house. If you think some non existent super natural creature holding her hand is a bigger support than what Vyom did then obviously you do not understand the dedication it requires for a HUMAN BEING to do so.
Lastly, the way shiv put sharanya to sleep when Vyom was singing outside her home, it is possible in the same way he had hypnotized Vyom also, shiv cannot be trusted, he can see people bleed and die in shivers and I am completely okay with it since he is a heartless ghost after all.
