Vikram clearly mentioned in press conference that by promos people will think it's a love story between me and her( pointed fingers towards Donal) but there is twist and you will get to know in epi.

Promo was misleading obviously

And they cleared the twist in the starting few episodes it self..that she dated shiv that's what was easily predictable in few episodes itself.
In the past it's possible vyom came in between them like she dated shiv first then fell for vyom..so that can be taken as a twist too.

Sony TV is promoting the show according to the episode requirement. If the episode for the day has more on Shiv and Baby Sharanya they sets the caption on them and if on Vyom and Baby, they set it accordingly...so yeh wala point post se nikal lo. 😆

The general audience, not on SNS might have flown into the flow of the story assuming Vyom is the guy but velle people like us on SNS 😳, wasting time, effort and energy on sepeculations, debates and some vella penti have reached to a conclusion that the guy is none other than SHIV. 😛 Thoda sa credit dedo humein 😆

Simple reason lelo, wouldn't the show become too predictable and boring if the Guy is Vyom? I mean viewers knows Vyom is madly in love he doesn't belived on God etc... so agar twist mangta and writers k points se sochna mangta toh wahi kro Jo Velle log on SNS are saying 😎 And Neg Ghost matlab Good Vs bad fight... 😕 Don't we have many shows on the similar pattern? 😳
