My theory about Shiv after what the sage lady said

Well after watching yesterday's where the sage lady mentions about some marital symbols of a married woman's attire I am beginning to wonder if Shivanya were actually married or about to get married... When she said that they are destined for each other and will always be connected or bound by fate makes me recall the mandir scene when Shiv cried out Sharanya's name in pain and the moment he did she faints in the temple... Now I know he can't enter the temple so there is no way he could have made her faint in a sacred place like that... So that makes me think that she fainted as she probably felt his pain thereby connected in spirit too..

Another thing.. If they are destined to be together come what may... Then it raises four possibilities... First that Shiv could be still alive and living on life support in a vegetative state, second he is really dead and intends to remain with Sharanya as a ghost till she dies and unites with him in the netherworld, three sharanya might eventually die due to some reason and reunite with shiv as a spirit, four Shiv might take over a living human body as a walk in soul(maybe Vyom's body) to live with Sharanya..

All in all I can only keep wondering what's in store for EDT viewers.

Even i hoping it is Shiv she was reffering not Vyom. Don't want to see ghost taking revenge from his lady love only cause she ditched him or betrayed him. We have seen many movies or shows like that. again one more not interested in it. Probably Shiv is alive some where in coma or he is dead or it is possible he claim someone's human's body to stay with her. How it happened in the SRK movie ''Paheli''
