I have observed that whenever Avni cups Neil's cheeks, Neil holds her hands. Why he does so?

Is Neil afraid that Avni will do googly woogly woosh with his cheeks😲

Whether Avni does or not Neil should at least once do googly woogly woosh with Avni's cheeks
