Shahid has always been very underrated, I think is because he is so calm and level headed. so many films with controversy but rarely makes a offensive comment. But doesn't cower either, usually very calm and collected and not an attention seeker, even during controversy. The fact that he isn't a PR machine on steroids, probably is why he isn't on the top. a good looker, actor, dancer, he is the complete package. off screen also, well spoken, good sense of humor.

kareena and him were so big, but the kiss controversy, their breakup, his relationship and breakup with priyanka never were the front page news for long. even his courtship with mira and wedding were so under the radar, nothing secretive, no anger over paparazzi, just very low key.

I've liked him off-screen before on-screen... when he was on SRGMP some 10 years ago.

He's awkward sometimes, but who doesn't have such moments... I always feel sorry for him for some unknown reason too... especially since that time when Mausam released and no one supported him or something like that happened 😭

I feel he's a very strong actor, he is capable of playing dark or complex characters and I'm waiting for the day when his talent is expressed in it's fullness and he gets recognised for it!!!!
