Sameer's feelings portrayal + VO = Confusion

I am really confused with the way they are showing Sameer's feelings at this point. 😕

Positive feelings that Sameer likes Naina

- Aaja shaam hone aaye scene.. This is the first time we saw him smile and look at her in awe for a few seconds especially the part when Naina is interrupted by Kamya, Naina is not even looking at him and he is starting at her smiling 😳

- The balcony scene..☺️ OMG ! His smiles seemed so genuine, his flirting 😳

- Roz Roz Aankhon Tale.. Before the song he was shown thinking about Naina. He didn't show annoyance when he picked up the call, he smiled while listening to the song

- Conversation with Munna and Pandit that she is a nice human being and a good friend.. showed he is seeing another different side of her.

- After Naina leaves telling him the importance of friendship in her life, he is again in awe of her, that 1 second 😳 where the bg music plays is amazing.

But, the voice over of Naina always keep talking of the bet when they show the restlessness of Sameer. After the Roz Roz Aankhon Tale, she says Naina was desperate to go on the trip to be with Sameer whereas Sameer was desperate to take his badla.

The VO of Naina is actually in 2017, so she must know all the details 😕 Are the CVs confused or are they confusing us ? 😕

VO is from Naina's perspective so that's aaccepted...regarding her knowing everything...yes she ought to know but she tells it through Sameer's pov indirectly...as many times she says that she came to know about that later...this has Happened many times earlier...

Regarding Sameer and his expressions...I guess that's what we all are trying to say that he outrightly is doing everything for the bet...but he himself isn't aware that he is actually falling for her...

So I am actually enjoying such portrayals in the show 😃👏

I think the restlessness for Naina not coming for trip might really be bcoz of bet...I mean that restlessness can be justified that he thinks bet will get fulfilled form there and he can save his hair...so its important that she comes...

.but at the same time he is also shown that he is losing his concentration on bet...I mean earlier timea when if aomething Naina does makes it difficult or becomes a hindrance in completing the bet...he mentions that first. ...and worries how he will complete bet...but now a days its different...that is when Naina says she is just trying to get permission...his worry was abiut Niana's slap...when Naina said that she wont come bvoz swathi not coming then again his thought was about hiw good Naina is...not that how he will complete bet...so now bith Naiana and bet is there in his mind...when he loves Naina more than his hair...he will let go off the bet...

This is the reason why PoVs dont make sense in shows with multiple leads. PoVs always end up as unreliable narrator. And since we are seeing this through Naina we really dont get Sameer's PoV. They should atleast give him some monologues to make it better. Like since we have Naina's narration suppose say when the bet is out in open we wouldn't be getting exactly what Sameer is thinking cause technically Naina cant be narrator of Sameer's mind. Atleast give monologues in such situations. Would have liked to see Sameer having some thoughts of his own regarding the bet. The dilemma.

Monologues would definitely be good.

But, I don't think he is any kind of dilemma yet. He isn't thinking of the consequences of the bet yet.

He wants her come - mainly to win the bet at this time I feel.

Agree.. his restlessness is because of the bet.

Now, when there is a hindrance he does not roll his eyes or complain like before . He is ok to solve the problem or understand her situation.
