Kabir tells dosti ki toh dost ko jaan lo .. and lo and behold Ranveer seems to know her more than what any one of us even thought, he got her, her "maa ke haath ka khaana " he was attentive, he was observing her expressions, taking note of them , her expressions gradually change from happiness to sadness on seeing the train ...
He gently asks, if she is okay , with no pause or restraint, she opens her heart to him, shows him that side of Aanchal which is hidden from the rest of the world , she shares it with him, whom she just befriended . She shows her vulnerable side to him, Ranveer is moved seeing this side of Anchal. He says "I am sorry Anchal .. mujhe pata hota toh " ... his compassion met with her taunt "can you convey my "sorry " to my dad " ... he is left thinking while she walks away , dosti ki toh dost kya chaahte hain usse samjhna chaahiye , without asking he got maa ke haath ka khaana . and now she demands , even if mockingly ... he has to do but how can he ... he cannot do it even if he spends billions...but heart always finds a way, the way...
and then comes the most beautiful scene of the show so far, not for it has the beautiful , breathtaking lanterns as backdrop, but it's beautiful because of the emotional premise, it's beautiful because it's beyond any material things which the Raichands could buy, it's beautiful because he freed her from the guilt, from the pain, from the anguish which she has been holding, all her life , in some corner of her heart .
" aaj unn yaado ko azaad kardo Anchal " Generally we say cherish the memories of the one's who left you, here he says let go off these memories , which are the guilt, the strings that tied her up, the pain , he liberates her, gives her "freedom " from her own turmoil, anguish and guilt...

I donno what happens in the story, if ranveer is positive or negative, one thing for sure I would say is, it was very beautiful on many levels, from the KHNH bg music and those heart beats, it just elevated the entire scene to a next level. Anchal sits on the bench, he sits next to her, not a word said, she leans on his shoulder, it symbolizes that he is there for her to lean on, no matter what and how the situation is, he is there for her silently , come what may , he holds her shoulders in a protective way, again reminds me of his words with his dad where he says he wants to protect her from anything and everything. You are vulnerable and you show your tears to only those whom you trust with your heart , Anchal showed her vulnerable side , her tears, her emotions, shared her pain , her guilt and her anguish with Ranveer, whom she trusts.
