EDT~ ep14. 9.11.17 My Stance ~ Just good friends..
Many folks in this day and age if society allows it prefer to enter into relationships without too deep a commitment .Their preference is to be just good friends, close but not vowed to each other. At large the relationship will be seen as light and subject to a change of ending altogether. However, there are those too who prefer formalized long term obligations to one another, and may well end up calling their bond love. Such people with mutual consent take their initial friendship bond one step further by formalizing their bond in marriage. For me today's episode clearly focuses on Vyom. What he continues to feel for Sharanya who in all honesty is terribly short of how he'd like her to respond. But he loves her enough to marry..
Little signs can give tremendous joy however short lived they may be. The bit where Sharanya is surrounded by interrogating police beside the murdered Amit , and Vyom turns up with mr. Bhist. The relief with which Sharanya runs to him and clings to his chest sobbing, is how Vyom desires it be . Be there for her in every down side moment of her life! She draws strength by him being there. By being Amit's patient and also for calling him she would need to come to the station for further questioning. But hearing her out, by the answers she gives to the inspector's questions, puts Vyom off slightly.
Vyom is sore. She just lacks trust in him. It is with great ownership and a certain right over her, that makes Vyom lose his temper with her. She must be out of her mind turning up at the park at night! endangering her life! I feel, he feels clearly left out, dismissed by her. I suspect in her desperation to find out some secret of Kapli hills , she probably lost the plot and just went alone!
But for Vyom..it 's another down moment as he fumes, she should have asked him about Kapali hills ,but she chose not to! His insecurity pours out when he tells her straight , that in her bid to resurrect her past ,she puts her present at risk! He assures her, if she learns about her past , he'll be elated as he'll get her back as she was to him!! This is no lovers falling out, this is showing signs of Vyom losing his rag! Her father and Vyom take her away from the crime scene! Odini the medium runs after the car! What she had to reveal remains within her! she bellows! Wait! He won't let go of you!! Shiv's face with cut out dark cavities as eye sockets shows up...
Bedi's household runs as per normal.. Madhvi begins her day with boozing session. Rajan chides her. Chandni stirs between them, tries to side with Madhvi she drinks because she forfeits her son to that Sharanya! Rajan has words with her and puts her in her place! I don't blame Vyom for staying away from home. He is doing his labour of love for Sharanya!
Sometimes it 's best to be seen to compromise, as it shows support to the vulnerable one. Vyom offers to take Sharanya to investigate her past. With a fine tooth comb they'll search the area. Which he professes were the finest golden moments of his life.. as she was part of his life. He lashes out, but for some reason,? She shun those years... bad enough she went to meet Amit on her own. Yet rather tenderly he reminds her, as for him, he will stand by those vows he took with her, five years ago.The good thing about Vyom is that he shows much flexibility, and will bend backwards for the girl he loves. Although he is never too far from despondency regards if she loves him? her manner seems to exclude him from her life.. it 's how he feels at the moment..
Possessiveness and an urge to guard her good name! Vyom nerves are frayed at the scenario of Sharanya being at the police station, the below the belt remarks about her memory and comments she went to meet Amit at the dead of night!by the sergeant, make Vyom snap! There's fisticuffs! Sharanya watches his wild side! Still the good news is no proof of death due to unnatural causes.. Amit's mobile may reveal something..
Vyom yet again shows keenness to locate Amit's missing phone in the quest to find out by her past, more for Sharanya's sake than his, I suspect!
Searching for the misplaced phone is for Vyom.. looking for his lost love.. But the same can be said about the all seeing but unseen to the common eye, Shiv ..our wandering spirit... they search with stealth ,away from the eyes of the police party. It's like two lovers meeting secretly. But Vyom worries as one tap from him on the searching Sharanya's shoulder still startles her! at one point he offers his hand to her ,for helping him to climb.. but it stays in mid air, as he already loses Sharanya.. she is literally unaware of his presence! is his love unconditional?..ahhh! what blessed mishap she stumbles and he awkwardly ends up inclined over her!!from behind his specs he looks down into her eyes.. a thousand silent tender glances he gives her, each one silently crying out how much he loves her.. but the split second ceases as police searchers appear. Vyom pulls her up! and himself out of their sight!
One irate ghost, tries to hurt Vyom's palms by broken glass.. Sharanya is disturbed by all the pain he is going through! He argues it's all very well to see his external pain! But it's his internal smarting she fails to fathom! She is blind to his fears! dreads! of losing her.. he whines , he lost her for two years! Waited for her return! Now that he's regained her! she keeps looking for trouble! doubling his fear and insecurity of a life without her yet again! he moans helplessly.. is he so unbearable that she cannot stand having him beside her???? Sharanya hugs him tightly! Vyom calms down.. she weeps and says, had he not supported her like a friend she would have been shattered ages ago! Vyom face falls..how much he wants to gather her in his arms.. Vyom does, but suddenly they part and between them, Shiv s image looms up! much displeased... Shiv's voice over, there was an insane lover.. what comes and passes in a moment, is just wind, nothing else. What people call love, is a mere illusion nothing else...
In my humble opinion the episode is about Vyom, his fears, insecurities, and her memory of him just as a dear, friend.. tomm.. Vyom has a mishap hamlet53 10.11.17
