EDT~ ep 12. 7.11.17 My Stance ~ A patient's desire.
Often the infirm put up a brave front before near ones to alleviate them worrying further. Personally, it 's best for the patient to strive for normalcy back in its life. I'ts good for the morale and quickens healing. Sharanya too wants her family to maintain an air of normalcy , rather than fuss and potter around her.Her spirits seem high as she literally tells all her family to pick up their routines they are meant to follow, and leave her be! she'll takes her required medications and recuperate. Vyom too she accepts as part of her family by the looks of it. She teases him, he'd best go ,make music and earn some money.. its' hard for him not to give her a distant , challenging stare from behind his specs.. his eyes question really? does she want him to leave?The eye lock seem to work, and nervously she tells him, ok you stay.. this goes down as a treat for the rest of the family ,as both can spend time with each other..
Just like back in the old days, Vyom takes a chance and even sends Nawab packing off with a whisper in the dog's ear, alluring him with a begum. Sharanya appears relaxed. Just what the doctor suggested. One thing leads to another.. she asks him if he has friends,? assumes he has many.. a good looking successful man like him.He surprises her by his no. The need to make Vyom her friend arises, and she ties a friendship band round his wrist.. he jogs her memory, this friendship band he gave her before she lost her memory. Shiv's uneen presence is sensed by her.. He looks like a jealous green eyed monster . Sharanya senses the ghost and yet one more time responds ,that she cannot recall Vyom, giving the band to herin the past. Vyom , tends to her remind her about taking her medication after he leaves. She asks, if he too has fears. In all honesty he admits ,yes one fear.. of losing her. seeing them both get on ?like a house on fire! The ghost watches in angst.. revenge of his mind! this friendship band! is bridging the gap between them! He will have to act fast!
Flooded engine! Vyom pulls up the bonnet to check the spark plugs! Instead he witness the car engine covered with untimely signs of ice! Possible reason for malfunction. Sharanya teases, he's pulling a fast one from stop him from going him! fire of jealousy rage . While Vyom turns to laugh heartily at her teasing. The ghost unhooks the bonnet bar! It slams down on Vyom's wrist and snaps the friendship band in half!
Vyom begins to put together strange occurrences one by one..but is careful enough to keep things to himself rather than make Sharanya anxious by telling her. However, when he gets home Vyom regurgitates all before his father and deducts that every time he makes a headway with Sharanya , a third party intervenes and pulls her away! Rajan calms his son but finds ice under the bonnet very odd. He assures his son they'll ctch the culprit soon enough! Instead Rajan finds his wife Madhvi eavesdropping. Rajan bites her head off and to me very nearly puts it in Vyom's head that his mother might be that person.. Vyom leaves them to their usual bickering and hits the sack!
Sharanya wants to recollect her past. She feels he need to talk to a professional. The doctor who gave her his card. She narrates the mandir incident and adds, how keen she is to learn who this man is? What she sees is beyond her comprehension. The doctor muses and possibly considers the options of consulting other mediums ,for answers?
Sharaya, misses not having Vyom around.. some affection for him evolves in her. Perhaps because he is good company and above all whole heartedly offers his duty of care for her! The ghost can bear witness to what is reviving? Between these two..
Some connection exists between Vyom and Sharanya, although she felt naught before. In bed Vyom tosses and turns in his sleep. She thirsts for a drink, her bedside water bottle is empty like her partial memory. She wishes Vyom was beside her.. having a drink wouldn't have been an issue.. she heads for the kitchen, the ghost hounds her silently. Looks like she will thirst for quite a bit. All the bottles are bone dry! Just like all the empty muddled up images in her mind, leaving her craving for the flow of a coherent chain of events of her lost years! One sound! Causes her to jerk in fear! She musters up courage, chides herself for imaging! Finally she takes bottle of much needed water, it turns out to be piping hot! She needs an ice cube to cool the boiling water. The ice is set and will not budge! Like the unseen but eerie presence of a being around her! finally she smashes an ice cube and it melts into fresh red blood! Screams for her father follow, she runs and bumps into a figure! Before she realizes. The figure stabs her in the belly with a kitchen knife
She drops to the floor and swoons in pool of blood!is the incident real or make belief?
The episode shows some endearing bonding between Vyom and Sharanya.. their love did start off by friendship initially ,progressing gradually into love. This time Vyom didn't prod her memory first. It's Sharanya who begins to see him as a friend. The ghost is present very much, much aggrieved to the point of furious pay to both now ,and not just Sharanya. Vyom too has many doubts now about someone trying to distance him and Sharanya. The end is brutal.. and tomorrow Vyom gets the shock of his life! will he blame himself for what happens to Sharanya when he comes home? Hamlet53 8.11.17
