Shiv is very much alive. He is trying to remind Sharanya what all happened in five years span. In a way, he is trying to help Sharanya, Vyom , their Families, & Sharanya's Vyom's Love.
The hand with blood is a symbol where Shiv is trying to recollect Sharanya's lost memory.
**In the accident with Sharanya with her Dad in the Car, Sharanya's dad gets hurt and his head starts to bleed after hitting the car window & he was in a unconscious state.**This incident was subconsciously in her mind but outside, she was frozen and she was not able to say it exactly as to what happened during that time. On top of it, seeing that Cyclist on road in an unconscious state & Vehicle coming from the opposite end at a high speed impacted her to lose her memory/stay in a frozen state. She is going through a Huge Mental trauma like Fear, Hallucinations/Imaginations etc.
Vyom & Sharanya's Families, Shiv, Vyom, Police Inspector and all are helping Sharanya to recollect her Memory & to make her normal.
Sharanya is lucky to have Vyom as her Lover because No BF will go through so much Mental, Physical and Emotional Agony for his GF unless his Love is True & Pure. Vyom wanted his GF to be very much alive in his Life/for Happiness of their Relationship.
Nowadays in most cases, most BFs don't Confess their Feelings/Emotions to their GFs, and they say they are in Love while Hurting their GFs on the other side. This has to be changed. I hope all BFs will be like Vyom.
