Both SS and AD couldn't digest the fact that they got duped in the task. Jeete huye paise haar gaye dono. AD gave them to HMs who then very conveniently handed it to Vikas and he won his secret task.
Sending him to jail and then mocking/torturing was their way of showing just how "strong" players they were. But they didn't realize that before, they just came out looking fools but with Vikas' game changing tactic to gain sympathy (and rightfully so), they are looking like the big fat bullies of the house.
