After a Sultani Akhada she was so angry on Ben because she didn't whistle for her (Ben didn't have the whistle)
Hina to ben: mujhy app se baat hi nahi karni hai. You didn't take stand for me

Hina was frustated when Arshi spit on her and HMs were talking to her "Es ko samajh kese aa sakti hai tum sub log esse baat jo kar rahe ho. koi baat nahi kare esse tu esko pata chale. - No pne took stand for me

When Puneesh said Badzaat to her She was crying "Kitna ganda bola mujhy yahien esi jaagh pe. i'm sorry Mom Dad 😭 " - Feeling mera kisi ne sath nahi diya...

And now suddenly she is Like "Mein kiun ghussu onki larai mein??? "
I was like 😲 Madam(everyone should take stand for me) you are One selfish soul

Hina and Ben are good friends and that's the reason why she was expecting Ben to support her.

Hina and Vikas are no longer friends and can be seen bitching about each other many times. Plus, they have already told each other during Week 2 that they won't take stand for each other in the show.

This can never be the justification "We will not take stand for eachother koi bhi Intentionally stand nahi leta... It comes from within when you feel something is going wrong... Emotions can't be planned
Hina was not happy that vikas being praised last week and She don't want shilpa against her because she feels Shilpa is famous outside according to what has bedn fed to them on WKW

There's a difference between BB and the outside world. In BB, everything is done for footage and camera.

Vikas has already told Hina not to take a stand for him then why would she do that. Priyank spoke up for him and Vikas told him that he can fight his own battles. And, Hina was clearly confused between Vikas & Shilpa, she herself admitted to Priyank that she doesn't know who is wrong or who is right.

And, as you said It should come from within. Agar aapko sure hi nahi ho toh kiske liye stand Kyun lo.
