Hello all!

After today's episode, I have some theories and observations to share with you all. BTW, long post alert.

First, some faltu observations 😛-
  • The Bishts are middle class? Someone make me their brand of middle class too, please? 😆 Ya ghar Bedis se loan pe liya hai?
  • Sharanya's daily routine: look around wide-eyed, scream and run away. Poor girl has nothing else to do these days.
  • Radio: Damn, Sharanya went ham on that radio. How come no one in the house heard her? Radio bhi bhootiya hai kya? Only she can see, hear and feel it?
  • Sharu hiding under her blanket- I laughed. That was some ninja level speed with which she covered herself.

Now, coming to the important part.

My Theory.

Since the beginning I have been of the opinion that Sharanya and Shiv were in love with each other and Vyom mistook Sharanya's friendship for love. Vyom's flashbacks have shown SharOm interact so I don't think their interactions are total fiction or at least they're half truths. However, nowhere in Vyom's flashbacks does Sharanya ever explicitly say she loves him. If we didn't have Vyom's account to convince us they were in love, we could very well assume they were friends.

The Proposal- I feel on the day Vyom proposed to Sharanya, she might have looked so happy 'cause Shiv had just proposed to her with the Stargazers. She wanted to tell him that but Vyom proposed to her before that. We see her smiling but never see the full interaction so maybe the smile slid off her face and she revealed the Stargazers and that she had accepted Shiv's proposal 'cause she loved him. Vyom would have been heartbroken, perhaps even angry to hear this. Sharanya leaves and ShivAnya decide to tell her parents about their mutual love for each other.

I am not sure about this part but here goes- Vyom tells Rajan about these events and either Rajan or Vyom&Rajan together plan an accident to kill Shiv so Vyom can have Sharanya to himself. Shiv and Sharanya are on their way to tell the Bishts about their love story when they meet with an "accident". Shiv is left to die whereas Sharanya is saved by Vyom/Rajan. Maybe they were not aware Sharanya was in the car and the accident was solely intended to kill Shiv. Sharanya fell into a coma after the accident (convenient) and Shiv died, so there was no evidence of any wrongdoing.

Post Sharanya's coma, Vyom has presented distorted facts to her as evidence of their love story and since her parents say they were not aware of what happened at Sharanya's college, he can just fill in the gaps as and how he wants.

The possibility that Vyom is totally innocent doesn't make sense 'cause Sharanya keeps mentioning how she doesn't feel right when Vyom is around, she doesn't feel it in her heart etc. That indicates SharOm were not together before her accident. Instead, she feels Shiv. He also has referred to his 'deewangi' which is a pretty big hint that he might be the deewana and not Shiv. Or maybe they're both deewanas but just different kinds.

There are some holes in my theory, I know. This is what I think based on the incomplete info the makers have presented.

Today's Flashback

Whose cycle did Sharanya hit? We all have that question, don't we.

My theory on how this accident ties in with this whole story. She had 2 accidents. We know the second one sent her into a coma but what was the significance of the first accident?

Sharanya and her dad hit Shiv on the cycle near Kapali Hills. This is how they met.

Here's my reasons for Shiv being on the cycle-

1. So, a cycle is not used by rich people and I don't think Vyom's dad would let him use one anyway. Shiv might have been from a middle class family which is why he couldn't afford another means of transportation
2. The Stargazers- We have seen from the beginning how stargazers have been associated with Shiv. Vyom doesn't even know they are her favourite flowers. Every time Sharanya has encountered them, it's been through Shiv.

I know a lot of people think Sharanya is responsible for Shiv's death, 'cause of Shiv's poetic promises to send her to the grave, but I believe otherwise. Two theories here-

1. Shiv thinks she left him to die. Operative word being 'thinks'. Vyom/Rajan could have taken Sharanya away from the location and Shiv might have thought she abandoned him when she had no say in the matter. 'Cause if it were Rajan/Vyom who were responsible and Shiv knows, he would be plotting revenge against them and not her. Maybe along the line Shiv will discover Sharanya was not in cahoots with the Bedis.

2. Shiv's shaayari doesn't necessarily have to be about him. Maybe he is referring to Vyom's motives? This is a weak theory, but could be possible.

Another interesting parallel drawn in today's episode was between Rajan-Madhavi and SharOm. We have seen that Rajan and Madhavi have an unhappy and abusive marriage. Madhavi has said that Rajan and Vyom should stop 'forcing relationships' on people. Something fishy?

Next, today Rajan said Madhavi is his life just like Sharanya is Vyom's. 😲 Again a comparison between Rajan's 'obsession' for Madhavi and Vyom's 'dedication' for Sharanya. Does this mean father and son are more alike than we think they are?

Is Vyom trying to get Sharanya's love by force like maybe Rajan did with Madhavi?

Only time will tell.

So, after all that rambling, would love to know what you all thought.

Let me know. If I made any errors in reporting events, please correct me.

This is not middle class India. It is middle class India of tellywood and bollywood with big havelis and big windows that allow curtains to fly gracefully to the wind.
  • Sharanya's daily routine: look around wide-eyed, scream and run away. Poor girl has nothing else to do these days.
Wide eyed- she has the alternate career of a babuskha doll that keeps its eyes open; Scream - exercising her vocal chords so she can sing 'Gumnam hai koi' and RUN around eucalyptus trees of Kapali Hills.
  • Radio: Damn, Sharanya went ham on that radio. How come no one in the house heard her?Now how convenient is this - the radio plays Gumnam hai koi and there is a Ghost in the house. Oh wait! The Ghost is the DJ of that particular radio show! Anatham (understood)!
  • Radio bhi bhootiya hai kya? Only she can see, hear and feel it?
I guess if the guitar is, the radio could be. But I place my bets on the rest of the Bisht family being HIGH on sugar full happiness pills and fast asleep. A hundred elephants couldnt wake them up, and this was a small yesteryears radio!
  • Sharu hiding under her blanket- I laughed. That was some ninja level speed with which she covered herself.
If we work on the premise that Shiv is trying to be the Dark Lord, she may actually be training to be a ninja. Or maybe Kung Fu Panda?

The Ghosts poetry makes for a confusing script. But I gather he thinks she gave up on him, but they did at whatever point share a loving giving relationship. The person on the bike was Shiv. Notice HOW tall he is! And he was the flowershop boy (who later burnt down with the shop). He was clearly carrying Stargazers and hence began a passionate love story between Shiv and Sharanya. What followed, only my black eyed beauty with snow white skin knows!

@Bishts' house- I KNOW RIGHT. I was like, 'ab kitne darwaaze band karogi, Sharanya?'. So many doors to shut, I was like, must take half an hour to close all of them before falling asleep.

If this is how middle class families live, then I wonder why they didn't show a mahal for the Bedis complete with ruby-encrusted carpets and golden utensils.

I think she exercises her vocal chords to be able to scream at Vyom. After all, it needs practice.

Bisht family being Kumbhkaran's family- Possible but maybe they're like, 'Who cares? This mad girl is always screaming. Let Vyom deal with this'.

Boy Who Died and Bruce Lee Sharanya- Whattey combo. One's chosen weapon is his jhadu and the other's her vocal juke box.

Snow White with black eyes- I think he is a Whitewalker with black eyes. He get step child treatment there too 'cause his family has blue eyes.

I completely agree with your theory. I wrote teh exact same thing in another thread.
That accident was first meeting of Shiv and Sharanya...they fell in love...Vyom's was one sided love...

And I too think Shiv misunderstood somethign about Sharanya and thinks she is involved in the killing..who knows..may be Rajan Bedi had gone to Shiv and told him that they are rich and so Sharanya wil never choose Shiv who is probably poor ..etc..etc...just like those parents say in movies and shows...
And hence after the accident...Shiv is about to die and sees something which make shim think that Sharanya was involved in his eath...but I am sure Shiv does not want to kill Sharanya. He just wants to alert Sharanya and may be get the truth from her...shiv loves Sharanya...that is why he held her hand at the hospital when she was in coma...he could have killed her but he did not...it was Shiv's presence that brought Sharanya back to life...however, the parents and many think Vyom's dedication alone brought her back...I don' think that 's correct...

Madhavi's lines are very significant...we can see how Rajan and Vyom are through Madhavi's eyes and thoughts...

When Delnaz makes entry and contacts with ghost Shiv, we will get our answers...If Rajan and Vyom are responsible for Shiv's death, then Sharanya will have to prove it...and that is what Delnaz will help with by becoming a medium for ghost Shiv...

Just my theories..I may be wrong...😊

Yeah, we can be wrong but I think we're on the same page. 😃

Oh Delnaz is supposed to be the one who can talk to spirits, right?

I wonder when we will start getting Shiv's side of the story. Will we get it through him or through Delnaz's character?

I find Rajan-Madhavi's dynamic very interesting too. I feel like their equation will tell us more about SharOm's equation.

I don't think Rajan is the kind of dad would let his son grow up without his influence, so Vyom being so seedha saadha despite his parents also seems like a stretch. We might discover that Vyom is a lot like Rajan than we thought possible.

Excited to watch how Vikram portrays a possibly negative Vyom.

I do think Shiv has misunderstood her and hence the threatening shaayari. At the same time, maybe he is unable to kill her 'cause of his love.

As you said, Shiv has always been shown with a guitar in the promos while Vyom has not. On the show, Vyom suddenly has a guitar. The montage also does not show him with a guitar.

I am certain Sharanya was not in love with him. Today's flashback where Vyom was drunk showed a confused Sharanya not someone who is in love.

Yup. It was clear from today's flashback, Vyom's love was one sided...

This seems to be loosely based on the movie Ghost.

Rajan Bedi seems like a control freak. If he loves Madhavi, why is he abusing her? It seems to me that Madhavi does not love him but was forced to marry him...God knows...I too think Vyom is not that clean...it might be a surprise revelation when his true colors start to come out...

BTW Vikram is looking good and acting well. Some people might take offence if I say Vyom might turn negative. Believe me, this has nothing to do with Vikram. It is just about the storyline. Positive or negative...Vikram is doing a good job.

I think too, that they met for the first time at the time of the first accident. It seems to me that their fates intertwined at that point. I also think that the CVs have been very careful in showing Vyom in love in the flashbacks but not Sharanya. So like you say, they possibly did share a relationship, but one of friendship and not lovers. And there is nothing that says you cannot love your friend. But there is a difference between loving someone and being in love with someone. So perhaps Sharanya loved Vyom but was in love with Shiv, and hence shared a romantic relationship with him.

The difference between a friend and a lover, someting that possibly had Vyom confused, is that you lover can be your lover and friend but a friend can be just a friend. There are clear boundaries that one cannot cross. Whereas with a lover, these boundaries merge and become one. I would hope that Shiv was both her lover and friend because when the time comes, it would be easier for him to understand her.

Which movie is this? Haven't seen it. 😳

Yeah, Rajan will turn out to be the psycho here. Mihir Virani really took Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi Ending very harshly.

At first I thought Rajan and Madhavi hate each other but after today, where he was kind of affectionate (in his twisted way) and said she is his life, it seems he was obsessed with her and forced her to marry him. Abuse would have crept in with her refusal to return his feelings and also his controlling personality.

Totally. Vikram is doing a great job. Fans of actors only want to see them play positive characters but where's the fun in that? Negative or positive, it's important the actor leaves an impact on the viewers. @bold- Absolutely.

I wouldn't mind if any of the three characters were antagonists- Sharanya, Vyom or Shiv. I wanna watch a gripping thriller, that's it.

When do you think Vyom/Rajan's truth might come out? I feel Vyom will succeed in making Sharanya fall for him, then she might find out the truth and start hating Vyom. Vyom will then fully turn into his dad in his bid to keep Sharanya in his life.

Yeah, agree that there is a difference between loving someone and being 'in love'.

I too think ShivAnya started off as friends and then became lovers.

Also, Vyom always looks totally enraptured by Sharanya though Sharanya never has those expressions on her face. She is mostly neutral and friendly.

Will Bhoot make an appearance this week? I bet on the last 5 mins of the mahaepisode. Bhoot will reveal himself to Sharanya then and probably talk of revenge. Bhoot should know revenge is a dish best served cold but not dead.
