They won't delete their YT channel for sure...their only intention is to promote SonyLiv app & that's why they have shortened the length of episodes on YT. It's like recent trend... When Star Plus introduced Hotstar & colors introduced Voot, they did the same thing.

EDT Team has to take personal interest in telecasting show immediately and not wait for 48 hours for the episode to be uploaded. As People will lose interest and will lose viewers also as these days Technology is on the high end usage. When they are using high end technology on the show, they have to come up with better options for viewers to see. So that it will be good for their show. It would be really nice if EDT is shown on different mediums.
