Why is she so shy when Raj tries to kiss her in private whereas she had no problem kissing him in front of other people, including her own family?

BTW, was Babli there during that PDA?

The kissing in front of everyone was a result of an emotional outburst.
Kissing in private rarely stops with only a lip lock 😉
I recall seeing Babli and I even wondered why they had have a young girl on the sets when so much violence was being shown.
I know that they were only acting, but still. Her presence was so not necessary.

So I'm right? Preet knows that kissing will lead elsewhere, so she doesn't let Raj kiss her in private, especially when he's injured. I guess she doesn't want him to overexert himself.

Yes. Babli was there.
I don't know if that's the reason Preet was hesitant to go ahead with the kiss.
But she was sure it would lead elsewhere so she was shy.
I don't know about her, but I sure wouldn't want to have sex or even make out, for that matter, in the open and that too in front of my house!!
