Azeez Shah was delighted at his Kuki begum's recovering health. Her child like joy as she dropped flowers on the water was very endearing. The river was quiet and still as though even nature did not want to disturb the duo. Azeez rowed the boat with utmost care not wanting Kuki to feel the slightest jerk.

The river passed through quiet grounds and then fields and farms. Azeez just realized that they were near the peanut farm and close to the mansion there. As he looked up he saw bujinesswali at the balcony looking down at them...
