Also in India defamation cases are very difficult to prove. Arun Jaitley is still trying hard against Delhi CM.You have to prove the other person made a statement that defamed, he wass aware that his words will cause hurt, he was aware that there is a court stay and finally the loss suffered due to that imputation.Even if all these are proved the case will only succeed against Colors because they decided to telecast it while the conversation in a private group in a room.Will go on for years and nothing will come out of it.
At least he will have to appear before court .. Delhi CM appeared to priyank kya cheez hai 😆 At least he will think twice b4 speaking
