1. Varun lifting Alia in Badri promotion I guess. Not a big deal usually but became one due to Alia's transparent skirt/dress which revealed her underwear.

Ranbir, Varun etc are quite chilled and image conscious. I think the actresses who feel uncomfortable during stupid promotional gigs, can easily take that up to them and sort it out.

Just like Kajol is someone who would not take it quietly either with SRK or Salman and is capable of smacking them due to their longstanding friendship which transcends acting.

The problem arises when it is someone of Salman or SRK's stature opposite Kriti. Understandably she would not object due to fear and gratitude since she is a newcomer and getting a big break. The power imbalance is conspicuous there. In such cases, the much more senior and powerful men need to take the clue and understand when to stop.
