Much has been said about the pace of the show picking up, and wonderful new twists and turns.
True. I loved the way relationships started healing, Gayatri hitting the right Vatsalya nerve with Anami and Adhiraj melting in his sister's innocence, bringing the trio together as a family. Gayatri wants Dheeru to be Anami's mentor, and the foundation to another beautiful bond seems to have been laid between Dheerendra and Anami. Calm seems to have settled in, though we all know the storm named Sudha is coming soon.
Anami- Adhiraj:

For me, the moment I will carry for a long time from this week, was the breach of trust in a beautiful friendship. It was heartbreaking to watch Adhiraj imploring Anami to share the details of her midnight escapades with him. It was just another routine safety check, so Anami reluctantly let him believe the story Narottam told him. Beneath that superficial concern an officer had for her safety, what Anami missed is Adhiraj's right to know her whereabouts as a friend and adviser. And he is no more in a position to double check her story, after how his last confidential enquiry ended. He has learned to respect her word, and that should have been reciprocated. Simply because, he had a right to know, since she robbed him off the right to pursue the truth himself. This was a huge blow to the friendship and trust they had slowly nurtured, a seed planted for a possible dissociation in the future.

Anami had her reasons, of course. She herself was caught in the web of lies and truths, trying to discern fact from fiction. How unfortunate that she couldn't share her apprehensions with Adhiraj, the way he had reached out to her for clarity when he needed the same. What a setback to their beautiful friendship! Had he been taken into confidence, could he not have averted the danger named Sudha, Anami was about to invite into her life?!

"Why can't you tell me?" How desperate one would feel, when someone you care about so deeply, doesn't trust you enough!

Will there come a time when Anami discovers Adhiraj had learned to build a wall of silence around him, closing down the channels of communication!? Would she not feel the same agitation then?
Would she not want to shout the same question to that wall then, "Why can't you tell me? Talk to me! "

Dheeru- Anami:

Anami finds a father figure away from Banaras, for the first time. It is so easy for her to connect to this man, whose very actions shook Adhiraj to the extent, it took a while for the bitterness to fade away.

And what was Dheeru's crime? He used the confidential information an investigating officer shared with him, to his favour! Smart business move, which could be fatal to a CBI officer's career...especially when there is a Pujan threatening to find what ulterior motives the investigating officer has in Lal Mahal!

This could get so very ugly for Adhiraj...and he has no one, but himself to blame, for trusting an outsider with confidential information. He would have to pay for this blunder very dearly, even a fatherly mentor may not be able to pull him out of this scandal.

This is where Anami's growing closeness to his father could deter Adhiraj from confiding into a very dear friend...added to the fact that he never told her about his past in Lal Mahal. This can turn into a real bad mess for the inexperienced officer, who would find himself in a chakravyuh of sorts too!

Adhiraj- Dheeru:

Definitely a more heartwarming watch than the other parent- child friction. For now, peace seems to prevail, as Adhiraj surrenders a smile. Loving the way the two handle their difference of opinions...Tanya providing a sweet backdrop, occasionally coming to the limelight herself, as a father instructs his daughter on the elements of friendship.👏

Dheeru- Satrupa:

"Tum manaa hi leti ho! "
"Tum wahi karte ho jo tumhe theek lagta hai"

A conversation that throws light on two people who know each other very well. There is respect and affection, strong undercurrents of a mature friendship...yet, Satrupa has grown into a ruthless business woman, who has made up her mind that people are to use and throw away. For now, Dheerendra is the once trusted aide and friend, who would mentor her daughter and save Royal Steel...Until...

Anami- Satrupa:

Anami seems to have taken the backseat, given her utmost immature decision to support Sudha...the writers are trying hard to keep her rocking, with the Durga Avataar for Avdhoot's cousin, and beti avataar for Dheeru...laudable, considering how unpopular her actions are going to make her soon. 👍🏼

Satrupa maintains the balance too, using Vatslaya to blackmail her daughter, trying to reach out to her...mourning her son, while taking pride in her daughter...The duo are being set for another major collision soon.

Baldev:

The man seems to be an island. He was at his vulnerable best, as Anami read out Vatsalya's poem...Is it time for him to take a good look at this girl whom the world calls his daughter! After all, isn't she going to shock him very soon, thrusting a faded memory back into his life? Waiting for the chapter named Baldev to unfold in the coming weeks!

Once again, thanks to the RKC team for giving this brilliant stuff!👏👏👏

One thing i will talk to you is if you write a post its not possible to argue with it. 👏👏👏
Sorry Ecri😆

Anami who hates lie has been thrown into the chakryavyuh or web of lies that Narottam and Sudha has spun around her. To think about it a girl whose mission till date was to pull out all the dhongis of Banaras is herself now been played by the dhongi for his own agenda. Adhiraaj as you said does not want to give her another chance of complaint but I think that here even Anami is being played and so its not possible for her to talk to him. What will she say when she herself is not sure what is happening.

Dheeru - Anami : I can see a beautiful bonding in happening unless makers twist that relation. He will be the father figure to Anami that Baldev will never be. Where Pandit taught her how to live life; Dheeru will teach her how to win in life.

Rest you said it well.

I will add is the grief and mourning that the makers have shown. So true, No OTTness. Its so true that we remember the deceased family member at the time of happiness. Is there an expiry to the grief? The poem that Vatsalya had written about how he wanted to be remembered as a smile and not forgotten with the tears does not just touch ears it seeps in to the soul too. The dialogue writers who have written all the poems must be applauded. ⭐️

I will also add Vikramaditya here. He too is now being affected by Anami. The guy can see what she is capable of. His experienced eyes do see a difference between Avdhoot and Anami and also similarity between Vatsalya and Anami. How and when he will consider her as the heir is yet to be determined.

Last but not least
Chacha - Chachi and Avadhoot- They should be awarded as the sweetest negative characters in any of the show. Usually when the plotting family members are shown one want to just FF their scenes. Whereas here their scenes are not just funny but one can see a closed knit family with twisted brain.😆

Very well written post.
About Baldev, I want the makers to explore his character. He is an important person in the story. We havent seen anything positive in him except for his love for Vatsalya.

I liked how Anamu's character has been toned down. At least she is bwhaving like a normal teenager. I so wish she had some new look for Durga Puja, like tying her hair may be?

Dheeru is the best father in the show. He children arent part of his revenge plan. They are free to make their own decisions. If it means befriending the heir of LM so be it.

Tanya, I dont know how she doesn't know about Avdhoot. Common, is this even possible? Why is it important to show bechari, bholi bhali ladki every time?

Sudha's entry sequence could have been better. Logically, Anami woukd ask Narottam to stay with his mother. Why and who would bring a mental patient to a place where she ia not welcomed? For the sake of good lord, she sid she was attacked and she has tried commitig suicide. LM is a dangerous place for her.

Thank you... 😳...for talking to me. 😆

Anami - poor thing. How well Narottam played her! She could have trusted Adhi with the information on Sudha, I think she would have, if N had not barged in. He made it sound like the friend and sister would keep a secret, and made it sound like his mother had to be protected at all costs... Made Anami shut up.

Dheeru and Baldev... Dheeru is sorted out... Except for that small slip up, when it came to confidential information... He is basically nice. Baldev has to grow up... As a husband and a father... Would love to see that.

Yes, the grief. Especially the way Baldev teared up...felt for him. And Satrupa hiding her tears... Joining in the sweets making... Vatsalya 's poem... Been watching the last few episodes twice. 👏

Vikramaditya - the grand patriarch! How beautifully he connected Anami to Vatsalya! 👏

I love Pujan - Kamini. Great chemistry! 😆

Thanks, Dey.

Sudha - I guess the way she lit up, when she was promised entry into LM - Anami believes that is the only cure for her depression. I think she will barter Sudha 's medicine for taking tutelage under Dheeru.

Tanya -all she is interested in is, teasing her brother, making chai for Papa and cooking. She is very motherly, must hardly have time for gossip. Still, unbelievable that she didn't know about Anami. Well... Creative liberties.

I'm bored of Anami 's pajamas... Really. Would welcome a makeover from Tanya. ⭐️

Baldev... He is the most interesting character in LM...looking forward to his character graph!

RKC attracted me through the mother daughter promo, but over the past 50+ episodes the team has given me a story that's more than about a mother daughter relationship. It's a chakravyuh as far as the story goes but more than that, setting aside the minor cliched stuff the writers resort to they're doing a fabulous work in terms of portraying family relationships. In an age and time where relationships on television are shown on extreme ends of the spectrum. Rkc relationships are so real, something I can relate to be it in Satrupa-Anami, Gayathri or best of all Dheeru with his kids.

Over the past few episodes almost all the characters and their relationships have been focussed on. Let me start with my favourite trio:

Dheeru-Adhiraj-Tanya "Everyone needs a house to live in, but a supportive family is what builds a home. Anthony Liccione

These three are family goals!! There was a time when they didn't have the privilege to share a house together because of circumstances but fate has brought them together and they've taken that second chance with arms open wide, creating a healthy happy home. All credits goes to Dheeru, his love for his children outweighs the hatred and revenge he has In his heart against the ones who destroyed not just him but his children too. His agenda against the people of the mahal prompted him to take advantage of information Adhiraj discussed with him, but that wasn't a father taking advantage of a son it was a man playing his cards well.

But as a father Dheeru took the time out to communicate with his son, he had the courage to expose his vulnerabilities to Adhiraj , not to manipulate or force his son to understand him but simply giving his child an opportunity to understand the father's perspective too.Adhiraj can't hold a grudge against the father,it was his duty to safeguard the confidential details. His carelessness proved beneficial to Dheerinder the businessman. It was a man to man exchange, Dheeru had no ulterior motives. He took what was available to execute his plans. Adhiraj has understood his own mistakes after that conversation with Anami and Dheeru's own conversations. That's why Janta Hawaldar has toned down and started giving that small split second smile to papa 😉

The same with Tanya, the wisdom with which he made Tanya understand the importance of moving on not to hold onto grudges and punish an innocent person for somebody else's mistake 👏 what a contrast to Sudha-Narottam relationship.

Satrupa-Anami : That strong mother doesn't tell her cub, Son, stay weak so the wolves can get you. She says, Toughen up, this is reality we are living in. Lauryn Hill

Satrupa as a woman and mother has always been an enigmatic character. The woman in her has tried time and again to convey to Anami that being the heir of RS is no small joke and that it's a big bad world out there where naivety has no chance to survive. But Anami has been rebuffing Satrupa's words. The mother in Satrupa has finally managed to get Anami to do her bidding without using the Pathak as trump card. Anami witnessed the importance of acknowledging and possessing position of power when she witnessed avdhoot taking over what is rightfully hers and the way he misused that position. It wasn't vatsalya but the injustice to Poonam that triggered in her mind the seed of thought that 'I belong here'. Anami's disregard for her grandmother ,mother's and Adhiraj's warnings will result in dire consequences. Some lessons have to be learnt the hard way!!

Vikram-Vatsalya-Anami :God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Reinhold Niebuhr

Vikramaditya is standing at a critical crossroad of his life. Accepting that Vatsalya is never coming back is a big step of acknowledging that the tides are changing and there's no going back. It's either Avdhoot or it's Anami. What I liked was his open mind to reconsider avdhoot and Anami's actions without any prejudice. A man of his age usually finds it difficult to accept that they're not in the right but here he's willing to atleast give a thought to the possibility of a change. Vikram has weathered many storms and challenges, he's still standing tall as the head of the family holding the family together. It's just a matter of time,he'll surely see who's perfect to take over from him.

Anami-Adhiraj; Friendship is always a sweet responsibility, never an opportunity. Khalil Gibran

There's been a blurring in the professional relationship they began with, they've both admitted to the other that they're now friends but their actions have contradicted their words. Adhiraj had taken friendship as an opportunity to get the sample for second DNA test and now Anami has kept Sudha's truth from him. The DNA test fiasco did create a rift in their growing bond, they overcame that and became better friends. But Sudha's truth has far worse consequences. Only time will tell if the two have become mature enough to enjoy the sweet responsibilities that comes with friendship.

Dheeru-Satrupa: The language of friendship is not words but meanings. Henry David Thoreau

"Tum manaa hi leti ho! " "Tum wahi karte ho jo tumhe theek lagta hai" Two lines that viewers can only speculate on but the two characters understood the meaning of the words. It's clear this friendship goes way back to the past, there's a sense of familiarity and mutual respect for the other.

Dheeru-Anami:My father didn't tell me how to live; he lived, and let me watch him do it. Clarence Budington Kelland

Anami had Murari Pathak an excellent father and mentor, a child can ever want. Now comes Dheeru who she easily equates to Murari Pathak. It'll be awesome to see Dheeru Anami bonding, the mentoring the way he'll help cut off some rough edges the jhalli of Banares posses 😆 😳 it's a pity Baldev has no interest in his child's life.

Special mention to the way the makers handled the Grieving scene of Vikram,Satrupa and Baldev. So natural nothing dramatic. A quiet acceptance by each one of them...the maturity Anami portrayed in handling them without being overbearing 👏

Beautiful, Benna. 👏 Wonderful quotes as usual too.

Yeah. It has grown well beyond a mother -daughter story. Although, that issue is still the very stage on which all the other stories unfold, for me.

All these substories should bring Anami closer to forgiving her mother. So, essentially I see it as Anami's journey.

Here is where I welcome Dheeru's entry into Anami's life. He is not infallible, unlike her Murari Pathak. He is still very much the loving father, forgiving man, but he is also the man to strike back if his family is threatened. That wolf quote is applicable to him too. Perhaps this is where Satrupa found a friend with similar ideals...

As human beiings, most of us make mistakes. Love accepts us with those faults.

Will there come a time when an ideal father confesses too , that he took advantage of his son? Will that be the day Anami realises love has the power to hurt too, to give birth to forgiveness which has the power to heal...After all, Janta Hawaldar seems to have embraced this very healing power of love for now...notwithstanding his shak ke joote...😉

I wondered if that was how forgiveness budded; not with the fanfare of epiphany, but with pain gathering its things, packing up, and slipping away unannounced in the middle of the night.

Rebuilding trust...that would take some time too, afterall.😳
