She is his mom, agreed! But these subtle hints-
1. her earlier governess was a Bengali who died recently;
2. Then Duggu Maasi- maybe she didn't want anyone to know that she is vidyuth's mom, esp the little girl.
3. The casino manager saying Vidhyuth has just just a personal tragedy. This seems weird that no one knows yet about his mom being involved in human trafficking. Afterall it was highly publicised. Although in Mumbai, but it is too sensational not to be covered in Goa.
4. RP reminding Chuhi about her 'jaan' whom she "saved"!
I could be wrong and overthinking but RP story is not yet over. There have been a number of loopholes that need to be filled.
