We have been unsure about Preeta stance towards Karan. His feelings(not love yet) have been more explicitly shown in comparison to her. Maybe due to the extrovert-introvert personality difference or just because of the love triangle drama.
However I think today Shristi confirmed that Preeta has the same feelings for Karan as he does for her. I wouldnt call the feelings love. It's too premature in the story to claim it that but a strong attraction is there. An invisible pull that encapsulates them when they are together. Like Shristi said, Karan and Preeta get mesmerised with each other and those feelings are left unsaid physically yet their eyes speak wonders.
Along with all of Preeta's actions today, I think its safe to say that she feels attracted to Karan too, not as much as Karan is to her but enough to question if there is something going on between them, which is enough in my opinion at this point of their relarionship.
Overall a good episode but I skipped the Sherlin scenes.
