well it means "If Allah wills" and Allah is the arabic name of God and arabic is the sacred language of muslims, so put two and two together..
no it's not a saying "creeped into hindi and urdu"; it is a matter of belief..u put ur whole struggle and hope aside and say, "I'll get something if Allah wills"
