So now Shagun has become a mother to Ruhi?
She comes and bosses Ruhi around in front of Raman and Ishita and all they do is sit and watch?
I mean this is the same woman who wasn't even happy that ruhi is alive thinking that she might bring Ishita and Raman closer

If she has redeemed herself (which I don't recall watching)
I have never seen her apologies to Ruhi for all the times she abandoned her , prioritized her own motives over her and simply not being an active mother in her life
She has time and again used Ruhi for her selfish motives
And now she is suddenly concerned
Come on CVs , even Mihika or Simmi would be more acceptable as a concerned guardian
