I don't think in this progressive story, hearts have to break to keep the story going ahead 😊 ...

They may have them cross at each other, looking at each other over the patient charts for 2 days 😳 n Armaan coming up with some looney idea to apologize 😆 ...

This is not such a serious issue to warrant a break up, it should just drive home the point that they are crazy, deeply in love with each other that they can't bear anyone in between...
