Everyone was talking to each other feeling happy that finally Raman is back and both can be happy together while ishra were just looking at each other like compensating for the lost time .they were just not getting enough of each other, Raman smiled looking at her while she smiled meekly in pain.
Raman went to her and said -kuch dard kar raha hai kya.
Ishita nodded in no and just snuggled into him and said -stay with me.
Raman heard her and sit beside her when the nurse came inside and said -why so many people here, don't u know patient ke saath sirf Ek hi aadmi ruk sakta hai.
Raman -can we take her home.
Nurse -aap jaakar doctor se puch lijiye, if he permits u can take her home.
Raman was getting up when ashok said -u stay with her, while I just go and ask.
Appa -chalo main bhi chalta hoon. He said and both went out while nurse gave injection to ishita. She hide her face in his chest while he too closed his eyes not able to see her in pain. Both were holding each other tight like the injection was given to both not just to ishita.
Toshiji and amma smiled them together and prayed for their togetherness.
Nurse -ho gaya, she said breaking their trance.
Raman looked at ishita who was still closing her eyes tight and holding him tight. He pecked her temple and said -its done.
Ishita looked at him hearing him and again get snuggled into him and said -I am liking this.
Raman caressed her hair and just wrapped his arms around her. That's when doctor came with ashok and appa. He wasn't allowing them to take ishita home but they pleaded so he came to check ishita. Raman was getting out of the bed seeing doctor but ishita didn't let him go.
Ishita -mat jaiye naa. She pleaded.
Raman -I am here only, he said and stand next to her.
Doctor checked ishita and said -u know naa attempting suicide is an offence. I could have called the police but didn't call them. Infact I wasn't treating u but had to as ur husband threaten me, he is ur husband naa.

Doc -then how will u give birth to a new life when u r hell bent to destroy it own life. U know ur lever is so swollen that if it continues then nobody can save u. Aap marna chahte ho.
Ishita nodded in no and said -i want to live.
Doc -then stop drinking, it's killing u.
Ishita -i will not drink anymore.
Doc -thats great. He said and gave her an injection more and said -now u rest. Ur husband will take u home.
Ishita nodded and closed her eyes.
Doc -i need to talk, he said looking at Raman and their families.
Raman nodded and went to his cabin with appa while amma, toshiji and ashok stayed back.

Doc-abhi toh nahi hai but no jayegi if it continues. How can u guys so ignorant towards her. Is she going through some trauma.

Yes she is telling that she will not smoke or drink, but iski latt chutti nahi hai.u have to take extra care of her. But fill her life with ur unconditional love that she didn't have a reason to die but just want to live. U have to be extra careful towards her, her health, her diet everything warna it will be difficult for u to save her.he said making Raman and appa guilty. Guilty that ishita was going through so much and they couldn't do anything about it, as appa didn't cared while Raman was in revenge mode.
Raman -dont worry doctor ,I wipp be extra careful towards her, usse kuch nahi hone dunga. I will love her to no end.
Doc -good, then take her back. Maine injection diya hai, she will be in semi conscious state. Puri tareeke se yeh injection kaam nahi karega as she has much alcohol in her. Just take care that she don't go anywhere in this state.
Raman -i will take care doc,thanks for ur concern.
Doc -thats my duty, complete the formalities and take her home. But yes don't talk sad things to her. She is not in a state to handle too much emotional talk, just try to keep her happy. Woh kijiye jisse unhe khushi mile. Just fulfill her every wish.
Raman -will do that. He said and both went out of the doctor's cabin. Appa went to ishita's room while Raman went to clear the bills.
Appa told everything to amma and Toshiji making them shocked. Both start crying.
Toshiji -maine kabhi nahi socha tha ki hamara Ek kadam ishita ko iss tarah maut ke paas la kar khada kar dega, hey matarani iss bachchi ne jitna kiya usse Kahin jyada saha hai, ab please iski takleefein khatam kar do.
Amma -i will do anything for repentance just make my ishu fine. Both were praying when raman entered and said -jab humne Iska yeh haal kiya hai toh bhagwaan kyun thik karenge, we have to make her fine. And we will do with our love. Aap log please mat roiye coz she can't handle much emotions together. Ab koi nahi, all will be happy and will keep her happy, OK. He said to which all nodded.
Raman went to her and took her hand in his. He pecked her hand and said -u went through much alone shitu, but now I am with u always to sooth ur pain.kisi bhi takleef ki ab tumhe choone nahi dunga, will keep u happiest and that's a promise. He said and picked her in his arms and walked out of the hospital while everyone was behind him.
Soon they reached the hotel, Raman took her to her room and settled her on the bed. He covered her properly and was going when he felt her hold on his hand was firm, she wasn't leaving him and said -raman.
Toshiji -tu reh ussi ke paas puttar, she wants only u.
Raman nodded and settled beside her. Everyone settled on the couch and Raman offered tea with snacks for all. Soon tea and snacks were served and all start sipping their tea, while Raman was just looking at her who was sleeping almost hiding in him.
Raman caressed her hair softly when ashok asked -why u never came back sir.
Everyone heard it toshiji asked -haan puttar, tere saath kya hua. Tu kaise bacha,itna badal kaise gaya aur sabse badi baat, tu last kar kabhi kyun nahi aaya.
Raman -kya bataun maa, I was also leaving a miserable life without u all but my life was still better then Ishita's, as I just have anger but no guilt. Actually that day I gave my ticket for a guy who has to reach Singapore. But unfortunately he died in place of me. Then next day when I was coming back, I met an accident. Mera pura chehra kharab ho gaya tha. So I went to London for treatment. I stayed there for about eight months and underwent treatment and after eight months I came back. I was very excited to meet u and ishita, but, he paused.

Toshiji -kya sorry, tu jaanta hai naa mera tere siva koi nahi, phir bhi tu nahi aaya wapas. Ishita ko aisi haalat aur tu bhi nahi, I could not handled it alone, ashok toh sirf mera saath de raha tha. She said crying making Raman feel guilty. He hugged toshiji and consoled her.
After sometime, toshiji caressed his face and said -waise tu bada changa lagne lagaa hai, woh kya kehte hai, mera puttar handsome hi gaya hai. She said smiling making Raman smile too. He pecked her temple and said -love u maa. I am sorry. Maaf kar de.
Toshiji -koi nahi, tu wapas aa gaya, yahin sabse badi baat hai. Aur ab joh tu aa gaya hai, tujhe dusre waqt ki bharpai karni hogi. U have to love me and ishita alot .
Raman -i will do everything. He said and took his mother in side hug.
All got happy seeing them when appa said-its too late, I think we all should rest.
Raman -main arrangements karwata hoon. Ashok, will arrange room for u too. Uss waqt mana kiya tha coz I wanted some lone time with her.
Ashok -no problem sir, infact I think I should go back. Aap log sab toh ho ishita ke paas, aur ab koi deal bhi nahi hai, so I want to go back. My riya must be waiting for me.
Raman -jaana jaruri hai, can't u stay back.
Ashok -koi zarurat nahi hai meri yahan. And riya must be waiting for her dadda.
Raman -ok go, main arrangements karwa deta hoon.
Ashok nodded and went to his room. Amma appa and Toshiji too got settled in their respective room while Raman made arrangements for ashok return. Soon he took the flight for Delhi.
After settling everything ,Raman sat next to ishita and kissed her temple.
Raman -i love u shitu, ab kabhi tujhe khud se alag nahi karunga, will always keep u close to my heart. He said and start thinking how everything changed in a day.many things happened in a day, yesterday he was crying that he don't have anyone in the world and today he was having his world in his arms. He looked at ishita once again and pecked her temple.then he took his phone and start looking something into his mobile when ishita open her eyes and smiled looking at him. Raman was busy in his phone while she was just looking at him happily.
Raman felt her gaze on him and looked at her. Seeing her up he kissed her temple and said -uth gaya mera bachcha, kitna soyi tum.
Ishita -yes after ages I slept so peacefully.
Raman -good, he said and again start looking at his phone as he was in between something but raised his eyes feeling her gaze again and asked what she is looking at.
Ishita -aap itne handsome kaise ho gaye.
Raman smiled and said keeping his phone on the side table -so finally someone noticed it, that her raman is now handsome.
Ishita -haan, but I like my old raman more. She said making a baby face.
Raman looked at ishita and said -tujhe kisi bhi cheez mein satisfaction nahi hai naa. Pehle tujhe handsome Raman chahiye tha, now u r telling that u want the old raman. Kabhi satisfied mat hona tu.
Ishita -I am satisfied just telling u, mujhe mere chubby raman pasand hai yeh patlu aur sexy wale nahi.
Raman -achcha kabhi pyaar toh kiya nahi apne chubby raman ko, jiski wajah se mujhe khud ko badlna pada and now u r telling me that u like the old raman.
Ishita -aisa nahi hai, I have kissed u once. She said in a go and then realised what she told.

Raman nodded in no and said -i want more confirmation, if u don't mind can I get it myself .he said only to get a nod from her.
Raman bend and pecked her lips, she closed her eyes feeling his touch and hold him more firmly.raman looked at her, she was waiting for him to go ahead.he caressed her face only to hear a moan from her. She bite her lips in desperation. Seeing her waiting, Raman bend and captured her lips for a passionate kiss.
