SLB's warns team Padmavati after Ranveer's look gets leaked?

After Deepika Padukone's Rani Padmavati look and Shahid Kapoor's Maharawal Ratan Singh avatar, fans were eagerly waiting to see Ranveer Singh's Alauddin Khilji character. The look was supposed to be released on Tuesday morning as per plan but a few over enthusiasts leaked the look late Monday night, forcing Ranveer Singh to post the look much before schedule.

The entire team of Padmavati got riled up about this leak and also got a good rap from their director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. India.com exclusively learnt about what ensued at Bhansali Productions on Tuesday morning, following the leak of Ranveer's Alauddin Khilji look.

A source from Team Padmavati revealed to us, "Bhansali sir is very upset with what happened. He is convinced that while the ones who leaked the look aren't from the team, they got their hands on the Khilji posters thanks to someone in-house. He has issued a strict warning to the entire team which has everybody shocked, shaken and scared.

While Bhansali is known to be a task master, always rooting for perfection, he is also someone who likes to work with his set of people. The team at the production house the PR, costumes, makeup, set directors et al have been working with him since years, the association growing stronger from one film to the next. However, the regular information leaks about his films have irked Bhansali to another level this time.

"Padmavati is a dear project and it has already seen many lows and blows since it started rolling. Information leak from the sets or the looks of the important characters getting out before schedule is the last thing he wants. He has sent out a loud and clear message to his team that if anything pertaining to Padmavati is leaked anymore, he will do away with the entire team and get new people on board to work with him on future projects, shared the source.

Padmavati is one of the most awaited films of 2017 and therefore it is only natural for fans to be excited about any information related to it. And some are leveraging this interest in the film to get TRPs and pageviews. But it's a Bhansali film and fans can do without these leaks. Padmavati is going to be worth the wait!
